Great work. Out of the 5 companies we contacted, 3 showed up, All American being one of them. They were able to cut the tree that day for the most fair price. We did have to wait until the following day for them to do the clean up, but honestly not a huge deal. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and professional. Very pleased with the work.

Edit* They were supposed to come back the Saturday after cutting the tree to grind the stump but did not show. We contacted them and were told they would come on Monday, did not show. Bringing my rating down to a 3.

I have used All American Tree Service for several years. They have done a wonderful job treating the annoying Aphids on my trees. I will also be scheduling them to cut down some dead trees. Joe is great to work with and his worker Sam is great too!

I had a big tree in a little space close to the house, they brought it down without a hitch, and cleaned the tree debris from the gutters too. Very pleased with their work and open line of communications.

They responded quickly to my phone call. came out and gave me an estimate quickly, started the work the next day and finished quickly. They did a great job of cleaning up, and I hardly knew they were even here. I will use them again and recommend them to others to use their services.

The All American Tree Service, gave me the upmost level of service across the board, including following instructions as to the detailed job that I particularly asked for, the crew were well mannered, and they cleaned up leaving my yard in the condition that it was prior to the job. The pricing was more competitive than any other licensed company in Nashville and surrounding areas. Thanks Joseph.

Don’t do business with Joe or his crooked business. Showed up in a jalopy, spent 29 minutes at my house, then demanded $250 more than I was quoted. Lied and said that he had to grind a stump when all that was done was 7 minutes of digging with a shovel. All on camera.

This service in the beginning was great. They removed the trees and cleaned the debris on short notice. However, they damaged not only our lawn, also our neighbors lawn. They did the service a day after it rained and I was surprised they did it. The owner promised us they would repair the lawn. More than 3 months later, I still get empty promises and sometimes non-responsive texts. They even texted me saying they were working their way towards me, but never showed up, never texted. I will never use this service again despite they did a good job. Picture with a shoe, shows the size of the damaged lawn.

All American Tree Service trimmed my tree in my front yard and they did an excellent job. All dead limbs were removed and tree was shaped up nicely. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed same day and all debris hauled away.

Joe and his guys removed a large 30yr old tulip tree from my back yard. No easy task since it was in the back yard in a tight, established subdivision. They handled it in short order and left some of the wood in a neat stack for my fire pit. Done and done.

Joe Cox is the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable regarding trees - the treatment of trees and tree removal. He is able to assess the situation and his crew completes the work safely and effectively.. He is very experienced, very responsive, and communicates every step of the way on the job.
