I only gave 3 stars, due to after numerous calls and filing a BBB complaint this company still didn't return calls regarding issues with prior work, that needed fixing. Very sad.....

Asked for an estimate back in March. They came out and done the estimate and said you should hear something from us by the end of the week. I called them twice and have yet to hear anything. 3 months and still no estimate. Very poor communication.

Never have I seen another company that is as considerate of their customers as Advantage. My inlaws had their roof replaced by them last year, and I am still shaking my head over the fact that not only did they demo the multilevel roof in one day, but they had the roof completed the same afternoon BEFORE quitting time. That alone is worth the good review, but add the fact that during the entire process, Advantage had a couple of guys on the ground picking up trash as they went and combing Mom's flower beds to make sure that no nails or shingle chips were left. They even went so far as to cover her shrubs and flowers before they started to ensure as little collateral damage as possible.

Did I mention that they had folks combing the yard and flowers beds all day to pick up debris? Who does that?

I can say this: I would recommend their work to anyone, even though they probably will not be the lowest bidder. It takes a little more money to keep quality workers, as anyone who runs a business knows, and I honestly believe that is what is going on here.

When I needed some work on my older home near Murfreesboro, TN I knew from friends that Advantage Home Improvement could handle the work on my older home. After talking to their very friendly sales team, I had a quick and prompt installation and I am very satisfied with the work they did. They are also a very handsome lot of fellows and they were a joy to watch work.

I have worked with Advantage Home Improvements twice now, on my residence in Nashville due to Storm Damage. Several years back, I had a tree fall through my roof, and Advantage was more than professional in dealing with my insurance company and repairing my roof and all damages related in a time-efficient manner.

So, without question, back in February, I called Advantage Home Improvements when I had more storm related damage to the side of my house, when a windstorm ripped off all my siding. Again, they were professional, timely, and cooperated within the confines of my insurance company.

Advantage has become my contractor of choice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and fast service.

Was told because I didn't buy my commercial fridge from them they wouldn't look at the repair I needed. You can sure in the hell bet if I ever need something it will not come from them. I called 3 times before finding out they won't help. What kind of business does that??? I never even knew of them until doing a Google search and now I'll never forget them! A comment was made for me to find someone in Tullahoma to look at it apparently because their caller ID showed my 931 area code and I intended him I'm in Murfreesboro and was trying to support a local business. I know a lot if small business owners and none act like this.

They were affordable, prompt, and quality service! We were so pleased with they’re work with our growler machine at Parkway Wine and Spirits. They are our go-to company for all our refrigeration needs! ☺️

I'm genuinely grateful for their expertise and the cool relief they provided.

Upon referral from a friend we messaged Center Air Solutions for our air conditioning being out. Assuming it would be a week or two to see them. The planets aligned and they were able to come right over. Expected the worst. It was a relatively inexpensive fix and they had it done within the hour.
Very happy and almost a little chilly!

Matthew was thorough in reviewing several options for my small rental apartment. We decided on a mini split, which is more efficient, will save be my tenant money on utilities, and did not require installing all new duct work. Highly recommend.

When my old heat pump went out in January 2022, during extremely cold weather, I called one of the big companies that had serviced it before to come check it out. They quoted a huge price to replace it. I asked around and a friend recommended Matt. He came out and evaluated my old unit and went through options for repair and replacement. Because of the age of the old one, replacing it made more sense. Matt installed the new one quickly and the price was much less than what I had been quoted by the other company. He knows his stuff and take good care of you.
