Ghosted! My inital contact was positive, but after I responded to their question of what day was conveneint for the service I never heard from them again, even after sending a follow up email inquiring if they still planned to do the service.

To the owner's credit, after I posted the above he went out of his way to resolve the problem and his follow up was excellent and very professional. Anyone can make a mistake and he took ownership for the problem and the resolution.

Our HVAC unit was 18 years old and finally broke down on us. We received a quote from Donelson Air, but didn’t receive many details about the unit they were quoting or why they were quoting it. I reached out to Jason for a second opinion (on a Sunday), and he gave me his expert opinion in a transparent and professional manner. Not only do I trust he is acting in my best interest, but he also saved me from wildly overspending on what was first quoted. Times are tough on everyone right now, and the last thing anyone needs is to be taken advantage of in a time of vulnerability. Our AC quit cooling some time last night. We called Hero Air & Electrical. Jason came to our house promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and did what was necessary to get it working properly. Also checked the system for potential problems. He ruled out other issues and confirmed our system is good otherwise. He explained what he was doing at every major step and answered all of my questions. Will be calling him again for regular maintenance and if anything breaks again!

Hero installed a ductless mini split system (1 outdoor unit + 2 indoor units) in my home. Jason (owner) was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and he provided a detailed estimate for me to review. Once I accepted the estimate, he promptly scheduled and performed the service. His communication was great, and my discussions with him made it clear that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to AC work. He did an excellent job! I found Jason through an amazing plumber, that I prayerfully found a while back.
A few weeks ago our HVAC system started running with very little pressure. The air was coming out cool, but barely trickling out. It could not keep the house cool and even started turning on and off rapidly.
When I called Jason, he not only worked me in quickly, but he was also gracious about the multiple phone calls I made to him about schedule changes, and about trying to figure out what was wrong to see if it would be ok to use it sparingly.
It was clearly seen when meeting him that he is not only very knowledgable about what he does but he completes his work with a level of care.
My unit, thankfully, only required a really good deep cleaning, which he did. It is now running stronger than I can ever remember. He also took the time to look over a geothermal unit we have in our new addition, that is in need of cleaning as well. Which I will soon be scheduling. I am very grateful to have found a great plumber and now a HVAC system guy. Thank you Jason for all of your help😀
