Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced our toilet with one that will work better and attached the bidet. He worked at it until we were satisfied.

I had a problem with the drain in my laundry area, and originally called another plumbing company to fix it. That plumber said the pipes were the wrong size, and would need to be replaced, costing about $1300 to $1500 dollars, and cutting out my drywall to do it. I ended up with another plumber coming out: Tony from EuroStone. He gave a completely different diagnosis, used the camera scope and the repair was completed for $200.

I so appreciated the integrity not to upsell me on something that didn't need to be done, and was very impressed with his skill and honesty. I'll be using EuroStone next time I need something for sure.

Our new unit that was installed over the summer wasn't operating properly on a VERY cold morning. Zach came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem. It was simple fix, and he continued to check in with us for a few days to ensure it was still working properly. They are very responsive and kind.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company. From my very first call, the owner patiently listened as I tried to explain what was happening. Plumbing issues + single mom with four kids + the day before Thanksgiving had all the makings of a complete disaster. He listened without rushing me, asked questions to better understand the situation, and genuinely reassured me. They even sent someone out the same day!

When the technician arrived, that same patience continued. He was kind, professional, and worked quickly! What could’ve been an overwhelming day turned out manageable because of this team.

UPDATE**
Although Tony was super kind and did a wonderful job, after he left I realized my marble countertop had deep gouges/scratches in it. As well as wax residue on the counter. Which tells me, something happened on the counter. I hate this happened… but Tony nor Zach Rosson would take responsibility for it. I can understand how one has the upmost care in their profession and core person and believe, I would never do such a thing. But it did happen, somehow…Even the best of us make mistakes. It’s what you do after, that tells you who people are and the business is.

I got a referral to them from a local plumbing company. I called and they had someone out the same day to reset a leaking toilet! 🙌 Tony was on time, kind, and professional.

Very professional answered any and all of the questions I had.
