I had a leak coming from our shower. Noah was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and gave advice on how to fix it. Will definitely use them if I have any more problems.

Brannon and his team (Nick especially) did a FANTASTIC job replacing our gas hot water heater! They were prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They did the work all in one day and left the place spotless. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Very friendly and trustworthy.

I would first like to commend the quick response. We live out in the country, so it is also difficult to find someone willing to service our area. Brannon and Emmit were polite and professional, and Brannon promptly communicated the cost and requirement to diagnose the problem. After doing some digging, pardon the pun, they found we had a break in our sewer line. Brannon was very transparent in what the minimum requirement would be, so I gave the okay to proceed. This was on a Friday, so they came out the next day with the equipment necessary, took care of the issue, and tested it thoroughly. One last compliment on Brannon: He appeared genuinely happy to give me the good news it would only require the best case cost scenario for repair! Nice to know repair professionals that are actually kind, considerate, and care about you as a customer. Highly recommend.

Chris did an amazing job installing and replacing 3 faucets for us! Chris was polite, efficient, and even went out of his way to go to the hardware store to get a correct part when we had bought an incorrect part for our faucet. He was incredibly kind about us having a dog as well. Very fair pricing! We have had multiple plumbers from other companies come out to work on our house but never again! We will always use Steady Flo from now on! Brannon also was incredibly helpful and professional. 10/10!

We recently had a terrible smell in our house that I thought might be coming from our septic tank.
Justin and Jordan from Steady Flo came out right away to inspect it, and they also took the time to check for any clogs in the drains under the house.

They arrived exactly on time, were incredibly professional and patient, and explained everything clearly. Turns out our septic tank did not need to be drained and I appreciate their honesty in not trying to oversell us on that.

Highly recommend them for any septic needs and we’ll definitely call them in the future.

Chayse and his associate called us when they were about a half hour from arriving. They were courteous and ready to describe their work plan and the costs. They went to work efficiently and let us know what they found. We were pleased with their work.

SteadyFlo technicians (Nick and Kenneth) came out to my home due to clogging issue. They could have just charged me the normal fee, but Nick sensed there was a bigger issue by my statements. He was able to find that my pipes had deteriorated under my foundation in my bedroom. This caused the constant back up issues of water and flooding due to no plumbing lines running to my septic. I appreciate their transparency and hard work. They were able to get the issue fixed in a matter of days. If they had not looked a little deeper, I may have had to pay even more money with little results for reoccurring issues. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing/ septic issues.

James and Brannon showed up next day to dig up a root clog in our return line. They had the repair done in no time and were awesome! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about Chayse! He did an amazing job fixing our plumbing — fast, efficient, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He was super respectful, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not every day you find someone who takes that much pride in their work. We had a MAJOR septic issue…drains were backing up into the bathtubs. Chase and his team were at our house within just a couple of hours. Before I knew it they were diagnosing the problem, running scopes, and digging up the broken line. Prices were very reasonable and service was EXCELLENT! Really nice people and easy to work with. The plumber showed up around 6pm and left at 7:45pm. They really work with you and was a massive help at fixing the leak in my water heater. I think the price was reasonable for showing up when they did. Never heard of a plumber showing up after dark but they did. Super great guys 👌.
