We had work done 2 year's ago by an old employee who is no longer with the company who didn't finish the job. I called and the owner got Justin right out. He assessed the situation and talked with the owner and they realized the job had not been properly finished yet we were charged for it. They were honest about it and apologized for the mistake and offered to finish the job and get it done right. Justin was so super amazing and worked tirelessly to make sure it was done properly. Justin and Chayse worked so hard, communicated well informing us of everything, were very kind and polite, wanted to clean up every mess they made even though I told them not to worry about it. I would typically not use a company again if something like this happened but because of their honesty, they sincerely felt bad for what had happened and the heart these guy's had, I will use them any time I need work. They gained my trust and I will recommend them to anyone who needs work. Most honest, trustworthy, good work, that I've come across for a very long time. That's hard to find now. Kudos to the owner and to Justin and Chayse for going that extra mile. Much respect!!

My wife was supposed to make an appointment with the folks we normally use as we’ve had our septic tank pumped many times before. When Steady Flo pulled down my driveway, it didn’t bother me who was here but what I wasn’t expecting was the over the top service I received. The knowledge and tools used were those I’ve never seen in my past services. Come to find out they offer many other services too. Happy accident or divine intervention, either way I was very pleased and definitely will use again.

After calling 11 different companies, they were the only ones that answered although they could not get here last night they were able to get here first thing this morning, super professional and was able to detect the issue very fastly 10 out of 10 recommend these guys

Got notified by our water company that we had a leak on our farm property. We were able to isolate where the water leak was at but we wanted to make sure we were correct and that the repair work was done properly. Contacted Steady Flo and literally 35 minutes later they arrived on site. Chris and his helper dug out by the junction box and after finding the source of the leak Chris let me know how much it would cost to repair based on two different scenarios (repair upstream or repair and replace a T connection). I authorized the work and they set off to do what was needed. Despite two waves of rain and a muddy mess, Chris and his helper were hard at work getting our water main line repaired. At every stage of the process Chris let me know what was going on, from having to head out for parts a couple of times, the status of the leak, and different options if the repair didn't work.

The repair took longer than expected at around 6 hours. Didn't matter, Chris and his helper were not leaving until it was fixed. Absolutely great work ethic and communication!! I would definitely recommend Steady Flo.

Very pleased with Steady Flo’s service. I had a leak in my crawl space that I noticed late in the evening, I called steady flow and they had two guys at my residence within 45 minutes to fix the leak. Brannon and chayse were very professional they had me fixed up in no time and they were very respectful, they treated my home and property like it was their own. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Free estimate for our septic tank clean out even though we couldn’t use service at that time due to access requiring landscape changes (they were out here for 1 hour). Justin and Nano were nice and very helpful. Steady flow did come back and install our water softener, Nick and his partner were also nice and professional. Steady flow always answers phone call and questions promptly, very quick to perform task without weeks of waiting. Would use them again! 🤗

The coordinator I spoke with over the phone was exceptionally helpful, and I was able to schedule a next-day appointment with Chris—even though it was on Mother's Day. He was highly professional, skilled, kind, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.

Chris also helped me choose the right water heater and personally brought it to my home in his van. He kept me informed about installation the day before, which I really appreciated.
