This is the second time we’ve used Ashbusters to service our gas fireplace and cannot recommend them enough! Both technicians have been super kind and informative. Ashbusters w/ Rob Crips and his associate (yeah, I’m the idiot that forgets names) were friendly, professional, efficient and we’re grateful they were able to make it by in short notice during the prep time for the coming ice storm. They were patient with me in explaining the various mechanisms for the fireplace since we haven’t used it.

I’m very grateful to Annie at Ashbusters for getting us on the schedule so quickly. They’re a pleasure to work with.

Carlos and his team were fantastic—polite, respectful, and thorough. They did an excellent job, and after they were finished, Carlos took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and offer helpful recommendations for annual services and inspections to maintain the warranty. He also shared tips for caring for the fireplace both during use and when it’s not in use.

We love Ash Busters, and Carlos is a wonderful reflection of their hospitality and professionalism.

My fireplace was old and beatup. When Ashbusters cleaned it several months ago they also did a thorough inspection with cameras and found it not to be in the safest condition. It is used regularly in the winter so they came out today and I have a beautiful new, healthy unit from Fire Box to the chimney and roof. It's amazing how quickly and thoroughly it was installed. I have used Ashbusters since the 90's and would never use any one else. They are the best!! 1

Repairs were completed within 2 weeks. My schedule was to blame not their expediency! Knowing they fabricate to size for each job versus make a generic set of products fit was well worth the wait. If you need cleaning (every year if burn during cold season) or a repair thanks to the recent ice storms, highly recommend this crew!

Wow! So impressed with the service today. Chad was on time and very professional. He wore shoe covers in our home and laid out a protective blanket in front of the fire place.

We have never had our fireplace serviced since we moved in 8 years ago (it’s supposed to be done annually 🫣).

At the end, he greatly improved our knowledge of how to care for our gas fireplace.

I just added an amazing looking chimney cap that was made by Ashbusters. Bobby handled the installation. He was very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are my “go to” for all things chimney and fireplace.
