The technicians were on time, kind, and very knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process, were very detailed to make sure everything was done correctly. They did a great job.

I contacted Duct Doctor on the suggestion of Estes Heating and Cooling in Nashville. Everyone from the first phone call was courteous, professional, and accommodating. When Michael came to assess and determine we could benefit, I got 4 other residents signed up to have their units ducts cleaned. In speaking with 3 of the 4 others - we all were please with the courtesy and respect for our property the young men who did the work showed.

I was apprehensive about having a duct cleaner come out. I was unsure what they did would really have a benefit. Am I glad I called Duct Doctor after being referred by a neighbor? Tyler and Blake are the most genuine, professional, friendly and caring young men. They were thorough and explained everything, showed us pictures as they went from duct to duct. It was amazing the amount of construction debris that was left in my home when built. We were getting concerned about the air quality in our home due to allergies and the pictures helped us realize that this is not a waste of time or money. Blake and Tyler wore booties in my home and it really showed that they care and enjoy making peoples home cleaner. I just can't say enough good things about them. We'll be looking into getting the air purifier they mentioned. I would recommend this company and especially Blake and Tyler to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience with Duct Doctor! We woke up one morning to a HORRIBLE mildew smell coming from our AC vents on the main level. I called Duct Doctor because they specialize in this kind of thing, and they have the custom truck that's itself a giant vacuum.

Oliver and Jack showed up and did a FANTASTIC JOB. 10/10 service. Helped me move furniture, were super respectful of my property and a good time to be around as well. Got the job done in under an hour.

House smells great, little one isn't breathing mold, and the team gave me some pointers for how to keep the system running better and the mildew out.

I gotta say hiring the team with the special truck is a smart decision. No dust or dirt in our house at all!

They cleaned out our dryer vent that is vented though the roof on our 2 story home. They were punctual, friendly and professional got right to work and was done in less than 30 minutes.

Saw these guys were doing a duct cleaning for our neighbors across the street and decided to ask if they had availability to clean our dryer vent which has been giving us a low-flow error for a few months now, despite my best efforts to clean it out using a shop-vac. Tyler said no problem and that he would head over right after he completed the job on our neighbors house. Sure enough, in roughly the time he estimated, he came over and let us know he was going to get started on our dryer vent. Inside of five minutes, it was done and flowing like a champ. He showed me a short video of what they were able to clean out and it was WAY more than I thought it would be. They even cleaned up the outside area and left it looking perfect. We now plan to have them come out annually per Tyler's recommendation due to us having pets. These guys are amazing!
