My experience with Coleman plumbing was a positive experience and I am glad to say I can give a great review. Shaun and his team are hard working, honest, and very respectful professionals who are committed to getting the job done right at a great value. I had a difficult job request for them that was needed in order to close on the sale of my home. While we had some scheduling issues at first and some unforeseen circumstances that required the team to return to fix something again, Shaun and his team eventually got the job done just in time for closing.

I had two new HVAC units installed in two different houses and have had consistent trouble with both. One is at my mother’s house and it’s currently not operating during a very hot time. I’ve been unable to reach the owner and have tried on multiple occasions I got another company to repair and they confirmed that the unit I was sold in 2019 and told was brand new is actually a 2010.

This is one of multiple issues I’ve had with both starting just a few months after i purchased and they installed. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the owner hasn’t responded.

I would appreciate it more if there were no cars in the lots when you’ve 53 dry van trailers in the yard. Good people though

These guys are legit! I bought a DIY unit for a great price, shipped fast and it works great. I talked to Will, he was super friendly and helpful. Very happy and will order from them again!

Tyler and the team at Chill Mini-Splits are as good as they get. Their customer service is impeccable. Tyler answers questions thoroughly and openly and honestly. I rarely post reviews but I felt like people need to know how good of a company this is.

I Installed a new MRCool universal series 2/3 ton Heatpump and completely finished it October 16th 2022. I ordered it Sept 2nd. Due to personal family circumstances I could only work on it an hour or two each day and then only after it sat on my carport about two weeks. My old system was 40 years old but still worked somewhat...
I had to "pump down" the old system so I could remove it. I mounted the outdoor condensing unit on a bracket attached to a concrete block wall. I did all of the work right by myself and I'm almost 76 years old. Had to use my front end loader to lift the condensing unit which is quite heavy. The air handler is in the crawl space and I had to use 2x6's to make a ramp which would allow me to slide it almost into place. I also had to replace to supply and return plenums which cost me just over $100 at a local sheet metal fabricator. The only help I had was my neighbor helped me get the refrigerant lines through a small hole in the block wall that took about 30 minutes.
After hooking up the pre-charged lines and checking to make sure everything was OK I turned on the breakers for both units in heating mode. It was cooling instead. I had installed a new WiFi thermostat and misconnected one wire. After correcting that error it started heating just in time for an early cold spell with temperature in the low 30's the next morning. It is very, very quiet and I can't even hear the fan on the condensing unit from more than about ten feet. My hearing is not great but I'm not deaf yet by any means.
I pressure checked for leaks using soapy water and found no leaks even though I did not even use a Digital torque wrench. So far it's working like a charm. I'll update later when I have more time and experience with it. By the way I called the contact phone number for Chill Minisplits with questions before I bought the system and their CEO responded in just a few minutes. That was really nice and helpful... If I can do it surely you can too!

I had dealt with Tyler, at chill mini splits. He was very patient and answered every question I had. He made the process seamless and I am very satisfied with the purchasing process. I cannot wait to install the mini split unit as the warmer months are approaching. Highly recommend as the pricing is also extremely competitive!

Bought a Mr. Cool 36k. Arrived in perfect condition, very good communication with us about the order/delivery. Unit was easy to put in and we’re looking at potentially buying another. Would do business with them again.

One week after payment, my DIY four zone (18 + 9 +9 +9k) 3rd gen MrCool system was in my garage. During installation, I realized I was better of with one 16' line instead of a 25'. Ordered it and got it in three days. Very good and prompt support from Tyler, which was always reachable by phone or internet in minutes.
I am very happy with the MrCool system, works beyond my expectations. It is indeed VERY quiet, indoor and outdoor units. Relatively easy to install, but plan ahead with how to handle the extra length of lines to get the best "looks".
I used a 3" hide-a-line, that required quite some work to install. If the system installs in minutes, the hide-a-line took me days (or rather weewks). I wrapped the refrigerant lines with the plastic wrap provided and bent the lines as needed as much as I was able to before installing them in the hide-a-lines. I guess that's why Chill only sells the 4" lines, but I deemed those too big and I paid the price.

Chill Mini Split is the BEST!!! I researched the web and then decided to buy from these guys. I had tons of questions and they were extremely helpful and quick with their responses - both via website chat and emails. Above all they were eager to help me find my answers EVEN after I bought my MRCOOL 24K unit with line guard kit. During (DIY) installation I ran out of the protective tape and they sent me one right away. WOW what a service. They even beat prices of offered by others. Don't waste your time looking, buy it from these guys, you will NEVER regret it. Thank You Chill Mini Split, you guys are awesome & you have earned these Five Stars from me.

I purchased a 36k btu 3 zone Mr cool multi zone from these guys online and it was a great experience. Fair pricing, excellent communication, fast shipping, and great customer service. Highly recommend this business for any mini split or hvac needs.

I ordered a MrCool dual zone mini split the evening of 6/30 and I received a shipping notification by noon on 7/1. The website was super easy to use, showing me stock on hand and available options. Pricing was competitive. My order was received 7/15 (shipping delayed several days by the shipper while in transit, not the vendor's fault) in good order. It was well packed and everything I needed was there. Their shipping partner provided easy tracking access, which helped me see there was an issue in transit and allowed me the opportunity to contact the shipper to help resolve the issue.

BE WARNED. Do not buy from this distributer. This company charged me one price for a minisplit system and tried to charge me over $1.7K more after even though I had paid the entire invoice when ordering. After over 8 unanswered attempts to rectify the situation, I had to file fraud charges with my bank and open a Better Business Bureau complaint.

They will draw you in with cheap prices and come back for more after you've already paid. Pretty terrible and unresponsive customer service as well.

0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Go with a different, honest distributer.

This company is nothing but lies and excuses. I placed an order on July 27, 2025 (Order #14554) for over $5,800, and was told multiple times it would ship by the 2nd or 3rd week of August. Every single time I called, I got a different story from a different person. Nothing they said was true.

They even claimed the order was with MRCOOL—but when I called MRCOOL directly, I was told no order exists in their system. That’s outright dishonesty.

No follow-up. No returned calls. No accountability. They took my money and never delivered what I paid for.

I will NEVER buy from Chill Mini Splits again, and I strongly warn anyone else to stay far away from this company. This is horrible business and a complete scam experience.

I ordered the Mr. Cool Universal Series 2-3 ton split unit on Wednesday and the 500 lb pallet was delivered on Friday. I was a little concerned due to the lack of reviews on this company, but chillminisplits.com is legit! It took me about 12 hours to swap out my old air handler with the Mr. Cool unit and the air is ice cold and incredibly quiet!

I will definitely be using this company again for my other rental properties.

I'm very impressed with this company. Not only did they have the best price I could find on a MrCool Universal system, but they're also in stock, ready to go. I ordered Friday morning ,they shipped it Friday afternoon, and the freight company (Southeastern Freight Lines) had it in my driveway in 3 business days with no damage to the boxes at all.
I had questions about the system before and after purchase, and their live chat answered them within a few minutes each time.

Also, while not directly related to the company, the MrCool Universal system is amazing. I set it to 2-ton to replace an old 2.5 ton unit, and the temperature rise was still "a bit strong" so I switched the condenser to economy mode to ramp up slower. Now it feels perfect and is super quiet, too.

I would not trust this company to do anything with your A/C unit.

First of all, they installed a faulty A/C unit.
We called them when our refrigerant was empty. They came by and filled it. We paid them $400 refill the unit plus additional costs for repairs and labor. A year a later, our HVAC unit stopped working. We found out again, our refrigerant was empty. We contacted Victor to fix the issue again, but his response was, " I need to be paid for my services". All we asked is that he come look at the issue since he was the last person to "supposedly" fix it. With the lack of response and taking ownership for the issue.
We hired a reputable HVAC company to diagnose the problem. As a result, we had a leak. Which should have been detected by Victor and crew.
Instead, they didn't further diagnose the issue or dive deep to find the root cause of the problem. This could have all been avoided if Victor did his job correctly the first time.
In conclusion, we are now paying over $2k for their lack of work and ownership. I suggest if you find out this company installed your HVAC system, please hire someone else to check on the units.

Please do not trust this company.
