Our experience today with Ashbusters Chimney Service was amazing, and Bobby Link, a staff serviceman, is the real deal! We had no idea how to resolve the issues we had with our gas fireplace and upgrade our fireplace in our Rockvale home. By the time Bobby left us, we had all of our issues resolved and questions answered and even decided to do an upgrade since our current system has no flue and we want a more sophisticated design to match our gorgeous home interior. Bobby is fabulous, experienced, professional and seasoned in the trades—and we wouldn’t hire anyone else for the installation. Thank you, Ashbusters Chimney Service—we are grateful we found you!

Extremely happy with Ashbusters. After having a tree fall on our house, we had several companies come out to look at chimney repair. Ashbusters leaned more on the higher side BUT they gave the best fully detailed estimate. Also they explained the process in an easy to understand way and were excellent help with dealing with insurance. The repair went smoothly and the work was done quickly and right the first time! The crew was polite and considerate of my house and family. Communication was also great! I would definitely use Ashbusterss again and refer them to others.

Tylor was prompt and communitive! Really appreciated the text message he was in route, time of arrival, and also provided GPS tracking for his drive to our home. Tylor was very knowledgeable about our stove and he performed the cleaning professionally. No mess left for.me.to clean! Excellent service, exemplary employee. Many thanks!

This is a scam company. They came to my home. Charged me $200 to do nothing. They keep lying on our neighborhood FB page claiming to be new residents who are pleased w these services. All lies. Here are my after photos of the big nothing they did.

They cleaned a lot of funky stuff out of our ducts but they made a mess and their clean up was so so. We spent a lot of time after they left cleaning floors and dusting.

Oliver and his brother were AMAZING! My ducts needed attention badly but previous quotes were outrageous. The Duct Doctor folks (Jessica in the office and Oliver on-site) took excellent care of me. I know - I've seen the before and after photos! Pristine. I'm SO grateful!!

Jonathan and Ryan are true professionals who look out for thier clients best interests. They went above and beyond cleaning our 3 systems and educating me on the process. They also made me aware of several items that need to be addressed with our HVAC, which I greatly appreciated. I would not have known otherwise. A+ across the board!

Although the process was uneventful, I am very upset that I was not advised that stuff would continue to blow out of the registers throughout the day and evening as the unit cycled. By stuff I mean lots of fine grit, what looked like paper pieces and even leaves. The grit made it to counter tops and flat surfaces. I cleaned up around the registers and wiped down surfaces and assumed that was normal. However, several hours later had to go through the process again. Around 11pm as I was getting something from a kitchen cabinet and standing over a register the unit came on and blew the "stuff" up to eye level causing immediate eye irritation and gritty sensation. I flushed both eyes, used eye drops and went to bed. I woke up this morning with an infection in the left eye.
Additionally when my husband asked to see what they had gotten from the process Jonathan told him that it was not like what they usually see ,just dust and animal fur
and changed the subject. Neither were we shown before and after pictures as promised.
For the reasons I have enumerated I cannot in good conscience recommend your company to friends and family.

Great work. They showed up early, worked hard, and cleaned up after. They took before photos of the moldy, dirty ducts at our house and of the much improved ducts later. They even scrubbed the moldy registers. Courteous and polite. I highly recommend them.

Tyler was super knowledgeable and gave us good tips on understanding how dryers work.
