New Horizons saved my house! My house is in a valley surrounded by trees... big trees, and I contracted with another outfit in Oct to selective prune and take down trees that would risk damaging the house in one of out TN storms. I was told it was a highly technical job as the trees are on sleep slopes directly behind the house. By January that outfit was not responding to any of my calls or emails on the status of the job, so I called Troy and his crews came to do the job the next day! This was just a couple of weeks before the ice storm. I had more than 20 trees fall on my property, but no tree fell on to or behind the house which Troy and his guys had done their work before. And a couple weeks after the storm, Troy's guys cleaned up the fallen trees going up steep slopes creatively hiding cut trunks and branches in the woods and chipping up the tree tops and branches that littered the yard. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

I signed a contract on October 2nd and work was accomplished on November 2nd. The weather was not good and I was in no hurry, but if you need tree removal done in a hurry, you best let them know up front. The one month delay did not impact me at all and the work they did in removing two 60-foot dead pine trees was superb.

Troy was great and extremely responsive. Pointed out trees that needed to be removed from a safety aspect. His workers were fantastic and went above and beyond! The cleanup after removal of trees was outstanding! You would never even know that they had just removed numerous trees on our property.

The crew was amazing. We had 3 big trees. Two of them they gave a hard cut. The other one they took down. Very efficient, all 5 of them worked together, didn't leave a mess. I would highly recommend them for your tree needs.

Called them for emergency storm cleanup after that big windstorm last month. They responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The crew worked hard to clear fallen branches and removed a damaged pine tree safely. Great customer service throughout the process, and they worked with my insurance company which was a huge help. Troy and his team did an excellent job cutting down our tree and grinding the stump down. The price was reasonable, service was prompt, and his crew was extremely efficient. Needed a tree removed before the ice storm. Called New Horizon based on location and Google reviews. Spoke with Troy, sent some pics and received a reasonable quote. His crew was at my home 9 AM the next day. They cut down a 40’ pine, chipped it up, and cleaned the area of debris. All of this in less than 30 minutes. I was awestruck. If it hadn’t been time stamped on my security cam I wouldn’t have believed it. Will definitely use Troy and his crew again! Thanks so much

Troy had his team were timely and did an excellent job. 9 huge trees cut, chipped and stumps grinded all completed same day. Price was very reasonable - much better than I expected.
