Peter and his team consistently do an outstanding job. This is the third time I have worked with Peter in 4 years. He is always professional, an excellent communicator, and takes great care to limit any disruption to other plants in the garden bed when a tree has to come down.

Peter did an excellent job harvesting a Mulberry tree that was right next to my foundation. He is kind and knowledgeable and was great to work with. So glad our neighbor recommended Jones Tree Care- as we needed a couple of trees removed from our backyard. Firstly, Peter is a certified arborist which is a huge plus! He knows what he’s talking about and gave us some great advice on our other trees.

Peter came highly recommended to us from our next door neighbor. We had several trees of various types (hackberry, crepe myrtle, multiple Japanese maples etc) that we needed trimmed back this past winter and we called up Jones tree care. He came by and took a look on a Wednesday, the following monday he came with a crew and got everything trimmed up perfectly for a very reasonable price and all within a few hours. He took great care with the japanese maples particularly which all looked incredible this spring and summer. Will be using Peter and his crew for all our tree care needs in the future!

Peter at Jones Tree Care is top notch. He’s a true arborist and very knowledgeable. May not have the flashiest maps listing but often the best guys don’t! Had to have my trees trimmed for the insurance company and he’s an expert at knowing what they’re looking for. He also went above and beyond and made some great recommendations about what bushes would be good to remove and what is invasive, etc. very fast and efficient too! Would highly recommend.

I DO NOT recommend using this business. They took our money and did not complete the services. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them since the initial work two months ago, there has been no answer. I am all for supporting small business but sadly, they are just one of those service providers that follow the money and don't care about their customers.

I was excited to have this company come out to complete a tree audit for my land. However, it’s been almost 3 months and I haven’t heard anything back, after several emails still no response. I normally don’t post negativity, but if I would have neglected to contact several companies in regards to this matter I’d still be patiently waiting. Good luck.

The gentle Arborist is a wonderful company, giving expert care for tress and the communities trees support in our neighborhoods. They did a wonderful job at a more than fair price. I highly recommend them. Cindi Earl

Sadly, we had a large hackberry that had to come down. We always trust the gentle arborist as they care about trees and only cut down when necessary. Hunter and his crew came in the morning and went right to work. They explained what they were going to do and then went and did it. They worked all day and were very clean and organized making sure to not leave a trace they had been there.

I have a huge old hackberry tree in my front yard. Hackberries have a bad reputation. Two other arborists told me to just cut it down and I was shocked that they didn't want to trim or save this healthy old growth. The Gentle Arborist gave my old tree an extensive trim and removed the dangerous weight while preserving it's beautiful shape and size. Skilled team, quick work, cleaned up everything, will use again and recommend to all who love Nashville's green canopy.

Gabriel did a fantastic job handling a couple suspect branches on a large tree on my property. I was concerned that the tree would need to be removed until he arrived. He was knowledgeable and gave me good advice on extending the life of the tree. He also charged a fair price. Highly recommend them.
