Davey Tree gave me a fair and realistic quote for trimming 2 trees and grinding 2 stumps. I did have to call the office to find out when to expect the work to be rescheduled due to weather interrupting the original date, but they did finally show up and did a fantastic job. The office staff did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the results! Great customer service, very pleased.

The two-man crew that came to our property were outstanding, efficient and very attentive to my wife’s needs. Definitely will be using them again and thanks for the great job!

Installers were great and the trees are healthy, however the quote was for 2.5” diameter trees and Davey actually planted 2.0” diameter trees. I would recommend you are present before they plant so you can iron out the potential issues before they are planted

This week was the third time that Davey has done work on my trees, and as always, I couldn't be happier with their service. They're on time, professional, do a great job, clean up thoroughly afterwards and are a pleasure to do business with.

Our home is blessed with lots of beautiful trees. Overtime, some of those trees have died or become dangerous to the house. We did lots of research to find the right company to help us. The winner was Davey Tree! The arborist. Scott Johnson, was simple stellar in guiding us with a plan. He was very professional, friendly and spent time explaining things to us. After we signed the contract, Scott came with the work crew to get them started. They did a super job; were efficient, effective and courteous. They removed all of the debris and made sure we were pleased with the work before leaving at the end of the day. We highly recommend Davey Tree if you are looking for the best tree service at a reasonable price.

We used Davey to take down a tree in our backyard. Extremely professional crew that worked very fast. They left the backyard untouched. Professional all around and highly recommend.

I have used Davey tree for many years to keep our trees (and now our irrigation system ) bug free and in great condtion, including nursing some back to health. Today I need trimming for a new fence and know it will be done in the best way to keep the trees I have and shape them properly for what will be left to grow. Davey Tree is Reliable, honest, knowledgeable and always great clean up after the job is done.

Disappointing Experience — Unfinished Work and No Accountability
Scott Johnson initially seemed knowledgeable and professional when he came to assess the trees on my property. Unfortunately, the actual service did not reflect that.
I was out of town on the day his crew came, and they failed to trim the trees along the back of my property. I reached out multiple times via email and phone to bring this to his attention, but received no response. Despite the incomplete work, I was still sent a full invoice, which I paid, along with a letter explaining that the job had not been completed. Again, no reply.
The following spring, I received an automated email from the company. After speaking with Scott twice, he assured me he would schedule a crew to finish the job. Months passed, and — unsurprisingly — nothing was done.
If you’re looking to pay full price for half the work and zero follow-up, then Scott Johnson and Davey Tree are the team for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Most professional service out there. They were at my house for 3 days. Each day they left the place cleaner than when they got there. Work was done quick and professional.

Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Good communication. Cabot clearly loves his work and is a great resource. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and left the area cleaner than it was before.

Do not not not call these people. The owner came to my house for a “free estimate” and was rude to me, talked for 30 minutes, and then charged me $175 for a consultation. Do you know anyone in the world who makes $350 an hour talking about trees? Absolute rip off.

Druid’s pruning crews are arboreal artisans. They have cared for my trees for 30 years, and they always do a perfect job of shaping each tree to beautiful perfection. They are painstaking and careful, and always clean up meticulously. I recommend Druid Tree Service if you want it done right.

Cabot Cameron, owner of Druid Tree Services, is the best in his field! He's famous all over as his excellent reputation precedes him. When you hire him to do a consultation, you receive an education. When he's done, you know things about your piece of the ecosystem which you wish you'd known and you have peace of mind re trees which may or may not need this or that to keep your home and family safe, and appreciate and enjoy your surroundings. His company will do some tree work and some planting in the near future. I have every confidence Druid will complete the tasks with care for nature and me. BTW, Cabot showed up ON TIME for our appointment which is rare.

I'm adding to my original review as now the service Cabot recommended has now been completed. Superb! His team are artists! The sublimation has made all the difference. The branch cuts were done surgically. The clean-up perfect. They come, work, then leave without having to project manage. And, Druid bills you, offers a payment plan if need. PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL OF A NEW ROOF AND GUTTERS!

I would not hire Druid Tree Service again. The crew took numerous lengthy breaks and dragged out a job that needlessly tied up my entire day. I did not appreciate: being hustled by the crew for an off-the-books job; getting pressure from the crew to arrange separately for the shrub and stump removal — by their own company — when of course that was not my job; and the owner failing to show up on site to oversee the job. The work that the crew did was fine, and they cleaned up the yard, but I paid too much money to be this stressed. (I did include a note with my payment complaining about the dawdling crew, but never heard a word. SMH.)
