Champion Tree is the tree service for you. Hudson came out quickly to help me with fallen trees from storms. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and thorough. This company made a difficult situation so much easier. 100% recommend.

Today I watched these professionals pull down two trees, one off of a roof that fell and the other that would likely fall in the near future.
From the start when they arrived on the property they were very conscious of the surroundings. These professionals were orderly and knew exactly what they were doing. They work together as a fantastic team and they are what one would hope for when hiring a true professional. They're reasonably priced and the owner has a terrific demeanor!
When they show up on your property they have equipment that is top-notch and ready to get the job done. You'd be lucky to hire these guys!

As far as the work they did i will give them 5 stars. But when it comes to the business ethics I will give them a -2. I was giving a quote after a storm for less then 3,000 to remove 1 tree and I agreed. I should of know better when I signed the contract and there was no price in the quote. But do to the stress of the tree on my home I was not paying attention so for that I take full blame . But to bill my insurance over 10,000 dollars when they didn't haul the tree away or even remove the stump is preposterous. I was completely floored when my insurance company said they paid the invoice. So thanks to their price gouging and taking advantage of people the remaining repairs on my home were paid by me out of pocket so thank you Mike for the grifting lesson I truly appreciate it. Smh

We had a tree fall on our house during a storm. This team showed up the next day to assess and quote and said they could do the job later the same day. They showed back up with all the equipment to do the job and do it safely. They treated the job like it was their own property, very mindful to not tear up the yard or cause any additional damage. They even took the time to blow off the roof, deck, and driveway. Other than the dent in my roof, they left my yard looking better than before the storm. Top notch crw and service. We will be bringing them back to address other suspect trees along with some prevention for the healthy ones. They even put on one heck of an aerial show.

This company came out, gave me a quote and scheduled my service for a month later. The day before my appointment, they emailed me telling me there's an emergency job and they're rescheduling my service for a month later. Unbelievable! So they can't push my appointment back a day or two. No, I have to wait two months to get the work done and all I get is a sorry and good luck. What a pathetic company. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother calling this company.

Don't love having to lose a big tree but could not have picked a better team to handle the removal! Quickly got out to evaluate the tree & deliver a proposal. Once scheduled and onsite the team set up quickly & efficiently and worked safely. Plus, who doesn't love a robot chainsaw on a crane?! Pretty fun watching them work. Will definitely hire them again should the need arise.

Of the three tree services I got estimates from, they were by far the best. They were the most professional, quoted the best price and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone.

I obtained 5 estimates prior to having our trees removed. Chop came in on the lower end and presented just as professionally and knowledgeable as those at the higher price point. They showed up as scheduled, worked overtime to finish in one day, and then cleaned up not just our yard, but all the debris in the cul-de-sac and the neighbor’s sidewalk. I was so pleased that their team fully cleaned up the surrounding area after the job and were mindful of our neighbors as well. Stump grinder came within the next week and our yard is now ready for pool installation. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The owner was on site all day. Matt and JonEric were also just pleasant to deal with - which was just a great bonus. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The Chop team is wonderful! From the consultation, to scheduling the work, to wrapping up the job, the experience was top notch. While their prices are not the cheapest, they are reasonable and it is worth the quality work. I can’t say enough positive things about them!

I called Chop to remove a large cedar tree, transplant another tree, and to take care of some trimming and cabling. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. All the guys were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to call on Chop again!

Likely not a more reliable or capable tree service in Nashville. Cheap tree removal is fine unless you're unlucky to experience one of their mistakes, which cheap tree service can't afford to make right. Chop operates a sustainable, mature business that's capable from start to finish no matter the in between.

Chop was quick to come by and give us a quote. We had a tree that fell and was leaning into 2 other trees. During removal, they were careful to make sure the other trees were not damaged. I would recommend them and we will use them again.

If you're in the Nashville area and looking for trimming/removal of trees in tricky/tight spaces, look no further! I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Chop that I wanted to post one, as it would have been helpful in my search.

There were a few trees around my house that were a bit of a nuisance and were too large and close to structures for me to safely remove. I reached out to Chop Nashville and JonEric was over within a week for a consult. JonEric was highly knowledgeable about the trees and best methods for removal, and speaking with him put my mind at ease that the work would be done safely and effectively. After the initial meeting, Chop worked with me to decide which work would be most impactful for our enjoyment of the space as well as the overall well-being of the property, while staying within my budget.

Once I accepted the quote through their online portal, Chop had a team out to my house within a week. My particular job involved the removal and stump grinding of four trees near my house/carport, as well as trimming a large hackberry which was hanging over the house. The team arrived promptly at 8:15a, and I could immediately tell that this is a professional operation. All team members were outfitted with appropriate PPE, and the equipment (crane, chipper) that they brought with them was impressive and fun to watch in action. I mention this because one of my major concerns with removing trees so close to my neighbors house is that something would go wrong and damage property, I had no such worries with Chop on the job. By around lunch time, the team had removed/trimmed the trees and chipped the waste.

By the time the team left, it was impossible to tell that the trees had ever even been there (all debris gone, no marks from heavy equipment on property). Overall, Chop Nashville was competitively priced, offered excellent service, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Chop Nashville removed 10 trees from my yard. The trees were in difficult positions, but the Chop Team managed to bring all of them down without damage to my evergreens that were planted right underneath the split and diseased maples and hackberries. Very Impressive!

Also, out of all the tree services I contacted seeking quotes, Chop Nashville was the most responsive. I would say this is the most professional tree service in the Nashville metro area - Highly Recommend!!

Chop did a fantastic job pruning our trees, cutting away the dead branches, and getting the branches away from our roof while maintaining the look snd shape of the trees. And they cleaned up everything and took away the debris when finished. i would highly recommend Chops services.
