I called Chop to remove a large downed tree in my yard and couldn't have been more thrilled with them. From the quoting process, professionalism of the entire team, the quick removal and debris clean up - everything was a wonderful experience. If I ever need tree service again, Chop will be the only number I call! Highly recommended.

We are so impressed with this company. There was an urgent situation where we discovered that a very large tree leaning toward our home was splitting and potentially ready to fall. We contacted JonEric late on a Friday afternoon. He came that day and thoughtfully evaluated the risk. He checked the weather forecast and, since strong winds were expected over the weekend, recommended removing it the next day. He was able to assemble an emergency team and they did an expert job. They were obviously experienced and skilled, friendly, and took precautions to protect the lawn and surrounding areas. The emphasis on safety was impressive. Thanks to the whole team.

Chop Nashville trimmed two trees in my front yard. Some tree limbs were removed to get them off of my roof and other trimming was performed to preserve the trees for years to come.

Jon Eric was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advise on the best way to trim the trees to keep them healthy.

These guys were awesome – super personal, organized, punctual and thorough. Scott came out for a free quote and spent about an hour talking to me about my options. He obviously wasn’t just making a sale. He was an experienced arborist who cared about the trees. My job had to get moved once due to rain, and they did a great job communicating about the reschedule. On the day of the work, they had very advanced equipment and took amazing care of my grass. I had to have a giant hackberry removed right next to my house, plus some work around/above my boys’ clubhouse. One of the owners (Jared) was there and even threw in a little work for free, just to make everything look great. Very efficient, and they cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend Chop!

We had Chop Nashville over to take down a Loblolly Pine and two Bradford Pear trees. They were clean, quick, and pushed through a rainy day with a man down to get the job done and even left my yard clean when they could have easily taken less care and left mud and tread marks everywhere. The owner of the company was there the whole day ensuring quality as well as operating the crane himself. 10/10, would absolutely use these guys again.

We got several bids for tree work, but Chop stood out as trustworthy, honest, and expert. (They also were far below some of the bids in price. I really like every member of their team. They are easy to work with and responsive, as well as highly qualified as arborists. The owner cares about his team and treats them well, which shows. They dispose of yard waste responsibly, which is important to us. And most importantly, more than one of them shared the perspective, "If my own kids were playing in this yard..." as the lens through which they assess needed work. I would not use another service - I can't recommend Chop highly enough!

I had a great experience working with Chop! They came out quickly to take a look at the trees I needed taken down. An estimate was later emailed with a breakdown of all the costs. Photos with diagrams were included, which I thought was great. They arrived at my house right on time and promptly started working. The guys were all personable and nice. They seem to really enjoy working with one another. I am now the proud owner of a house with two less huge hackberries. One was splitting, and with the storms we have every two weeks, it’s been nice to not worry about a limb crashing down on the garage. Thanks for your hard work!

We could not be happier with their service! We had them do a full tree removal of a full-grown Hackberry very close to our house. They quoted us a very reasonable price for all that work, so we booked them.

They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, both to give the estimate and to do the work. They did the entire job in just a few hours, in the rain, without ripping up our lawn, and they cleaned up our yard so well that if the tree weren't gone I'd scarcely have known anyone had been there. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and they were glad to answer all of our questions.

JonEric and his team using the robotic cutting system efficiently and neatly took down two huge trees in my yard. Using an assembly line limbs cut down were moved to the street and ground down to mulch. Pricing was excellent and “the show” was amazing! Highly recommend their services!

CHOP quoted me $1000 less than the next lowest quote to take down two large hackberry trees (including stump grinding), and another hard to reach tree that had become physically compromised and was leaning precariously next to my neighbor's house.

They were in and out in about 4 hours, were very professional, and took care not to damage the yard and surrounding trees.

Highly recommend.

I've used them twice at 2 locations over 3 years for 5 different trees. They had a fair price that beat another quote by 30%. They showed up on time and did the job right. On one job they even chopped and stacked some of dead tree as firewood. Great guys, I'll only use them in the future.

Ryan, Brian, and Chris did an amazing job and were clearly a well-oiled team.

They were able to get their incredible machine into our parking area with inches to spare. I've still no idea how Ryan was able to pull that off.

The dead 60 foot ash tree was trimmed from the top down, dropped in the driveway, hauled up to the road, and feed into the wood-chipper.

After all the trimmage, the lads cleaned up and aside from a few twigs here and there and a bit of sawdust, you wouldn't know they had been there.

Very competitive pricing, fantastic equipment which reduced safety issues exponentially, and an amazing crew. The very model of how a service company should operate. Cannot recommend highly enough.
