Pinpoint was assigned to install a new dishwasher by my home warranty company. Ms. Stacy who called to schedule my appointment was very accommodating and kind and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Isaac came out to install and was very prompt and professional but also quite friendly and helpful in showing me all about how to operate the new dishwasher. 5 stars to both of them, and if I ever have another appliance issue, I will definitely request they be assigned to the job!

Pinpoint appliance was very quick to respond and get me in. Despite having to order a part and wait for that, the whole process was pretty quick. Issac the technician was friendly, communicative and knowledgable. In a time when I couldn’t even get companies to answer the phone (between Christmas and new year) Pinpoint was my reliable saviour. Highly recommended

I've been meaning to post this review for awhile now. We called Pinpoint a few months because our Samsung dishwasher just wasn't washing anything. It was basically only being used to sanitize the dishes because I had to wash them completely off before putting them in there. Isaac came out and assessed the problem quickly, proposed a fix, and we scheduled a time for him to come back out with the required part to fix the problem. It worked! I honestly don't think our dishwasher worked this well when we first got it 6 years ago. He also secured the dishwasher in it's space underneath the countertop. It was never actually installed correctly, so it's really nice to not have to catch the dishwasher when I pull the racks out to load or unload.

While he was repairing the dishwasher, I also talked to him about our Samsung refrigerator that kept freezing up. He was familiar with the problem since it is a common one, and knew how to fix it. We had this problem fixed once before by another company, and it cost significantly more than what Pinpoint charged, and the more expensive repair turned out to be only a temporary fix. Preston (I think) came out and took care of the issue with the intention of not having to fix it again, and for a much more reasonable price.

We had called another well known appliance repair company in Oak Ridge. They said if you did not buy it here we will not send anyone out to repair it. I told them it was put in by the contractor that built the house and the lady said oh well. We were given the name of Pinpoint Appliance Repair and we called and they came out the very next day and so glad we did. We called pinpoint because our ice maker I thought had gone out but Isaac found out it wasn't he took it out and done some repairs to the supply line and checked the ice maker because the ice maker had frozen up and we didn't know it. My four year old LG refrigerator displayed an error message and would no longer chill food. I called Pinpoint appliance where Miranda explained to me service call pricing. After I described my problem, she contacted the repair person who suggested an initial possible fix. I followed his directions, and it now seems to be working properly . Miranda was very knowledgeable about my brand and it’s typical repairs and also the extra step to save me an unnecessary house call. I will definitely contact Pinpoint Appliance the next time I need any sort of appliance service. I appreciate their effort to resolve my problem at the least expense to me.

My home warranty company First American has sent Pinpoint Appliances on several occasions for different issues. They have always been professional and timely. I’m always pleased with their work. Highly recommend using this company.

I have had to use many contractors in my times of homeownership, and none have come close to the punctuality, workmanship, and courtesy, that Isaac and everyone else at pinpoint appliance repair has shown me. Their work has always been top-notch and never needed a second call, and everything has been explained to me in detail. There was never a time where I felt anyone did not know what they were doing. They will always be my first call for repairs at any location in the area regardless of where it is. They are wonderful!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. The people were all very courteous on the phone and very quick to respond to my needs. Isaac who replaced my microwave went to great lengths to find the right size for my custom cabinetry and make sure everything fit to my satisfaction. It was done in a professional manner and he was easy to work with on a very difficult project. Very polite and patient. I would use them again for any repair I needed and highly recommend them.

We called Pinpoint because our dryer wasn't turning on and the repairman was at our home within a half hour! He fixed the problem easily and was friendly and professional. Thanks to him I have dry clothes to wear to work tomorrow! Very pleased with this service, and very pleased with the reasonable price!

Truly wonderful my washer had gone out and I called them almost as soon as they opened they said that they weren’t sure if they would be able to get me in same-day to let them check the books and they would call me back. Turns out they had a cancellation so they were able to get me in same day However, if they wouldn’t have had the cancellation, it would’ve been very early in the week which I think is still Really good! Supplier Did not have my part but I went ahead and paid for everything upfront. I have a Samsung top load. For parts, labor consultation, warranty, all of it for me was just about $300. my part came in on Monday and it was fixed On Wednesday They were very professional and very kind And to the point, I definitely recommend them. They answered all my questions, and we’re very courteous And fast apparently I have an easier washer, but the young man Preston was in and out in like a half hour tops, Isaac is very professional, and very knowledgeable And Miranda God bless her heart. I’m horrible about answering My phone and she was always so kind with me when we were playing phone tag back-and-forth Overall 10/10 experience

Pinpoint purchased a part and installed on my ice maker on August 21, 2024. Ice maker is now doing the same thing before being fixed. Pinpoints warranty is only 90 days so I would have to pay another service charge and parts again. 90 days is not much of a warranty. It has been about 4 months since they repaired.

I must say the entire Pinpoint team is excellent. Their customer service - from the person taking my initial call to the installation personnel- were polite, customer oriented and provided excellent service. I will not hesitate to call on them anytime. Thank you again!

They were super easy to get me scheduled. Everyone was courteous and professional. The tech that came out was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date through the process. They diagnosed my issue quickly, ordered my part & replaced the part the next day. I’d certainly recommend them to have appliance repairs done

Isaac was so great to work with! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection on our fridge and confirmed a Freon leak that we were skeptical about. He showed up on time, walked in and got right to work, explained his findings thoroughly to us and offered us a solution! We will be calling Pinpoint again for any/all of our appliance issues in the future!

The young gentleman Preston was very professional and repaired our dishwasher very quickly. Miranda was wonderful to talk to and very easy to schedule and pay. I will definatly be using them again.
