I just wanted to shout out Elite Tree Service for doing an amazing job! Our already-damaged Bradford Pear’s days were numbered so we weren’t shocked when Thursday’s storm brought down another chunk of this eyesore. We called several tree removal services on Friday and no one besides Elite was able to come out same day to give us a quote. We figured we’d need the whole tree taken down and the stump ground up, so any places that gave us quotes for that were wayyyyy more than Elite. Not only was Elite way less expensive, they did the work in 2 hours on Saturday. The other places were booked out for weeks! Michael is the best and I’d recommend him and Elite Tree Service to anyone needing a tree removed!

Elite Tree Service did a great job trimming and taking down trees and clearing brush around my house. They were careful about not tearing up the ground and cleared away all the debris and had stumps ground. Wonderful folks to work with. I highly recommend them for any tree/brush work that you need done.

I always save my reviews until the job is complete but it doesn't seem like this one will be.
I must say this experience with Elite started off wonderful. I received a great deal on tree removal as well as two other people that were brought on board with the deal. There was great communication and the trees were gone in no time. The Elite guy was down to earth and very easy to work with. Once again, it was an awesome deal. My issue came when we had an agreement that the stumps would be grinded and removed. I was told that would be done at a later date several times for numerous reasons but those dates have come and gone. It's been several months now and I didn't want to risk getting termites and I wanted to try and put something smaller in the place of the stumps. Unfortunately I am still not able to do that.

Response: My tree was removed in March. This is the end of Oct. I trusted your word until you proved to me otherwise that you were going to remove the stump like you stated in several text messages (which you can also upload).

Elite Tree Service, LLC came out and trimmed back our two huge trees in the front yard today. WOW, what a crew! Great workers, very professional, super efficient and clean-up was beyond our expectations. Our neighbors have complimented on how much better our yard looks which has inproved the curb appeal. I totally recommend Michael and his crew for any and all your tree service needs. Job well done!!!

The people: Michael and his crew did a phenomenal job! The owner was so professional, transparent, friendly, and overall very accommodating. He explained everything he was going to do precisely to us so we knew what to expect. We honestly took months to decide if we wanted to attempt to use a tree service or just try to do it ourselves. I’m SO SO SO glad we used the tree service. He was so patient with us being back and forth and never pushed us to make a decision. I could go on for days for how professional he was!

Now onto the actual service! We had a Bradford pear tree fall and crush our fence and shed. (See photos) Elite Tree came in and removed that tree PLUS the other one in our backyard that looked ready to bust at any minute. These trees are terrible! They cleaned up all the work they did and even did a small patch up job on our fence to keep our dogs from escaping. (That was just to show how wonderful this crew really is!)

Our yard looks so open and cleaned up. I am no longer in fear that one of those awful trees is going to fall on my home, fence, or my neighbors property. This is the place to go if you need tree removal services!

Highly recommended!! Soo happy we hired Micheal & his very skilled team to take down our dangerous pine trees & to do a canopy weight reduction on a slightly leaning tree very close to our home. They got everything quickly & safely down. The hardest tree to take down was a leaning pine that fell over into our children's tree forts canopy. Amazed how easy they made it look to get it down with the other tree & fort completely unharmed! Overall was wonderful working with them. Very professional, friendly & excellent communication! Everything went smoothly from getting a detailed quote, info about their insurance, questions answered, getting on their schedule quickly to getting the job done safely! Thank you soo much!!

Absolutely 5 star service from Elite Tree!!! They cleaned up and removed several dead trees and a horrible Bradford pear tree we had. Their service was amazing. Quick clean on time and a great price. Stumps are gone, they blew all the old leaves away cleaned the yard. I was vet impressed with them. The guys that climb those trees were amazing. Fast and efficient. I would recommend these guys to everyone and will not hesitate to use them again.

Good diligent workers staying on an active work schedule. Friendly, making sure to cut what l ask and cleaned up all debris raking and blowing off roadway. I will use when needed and recommend.

I recently had a tree that was a disaster waiting to happen because it was leaning toward my house, and I was told it could fall down at any time. I spoke with Tim from Tip Top Tree Care, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate but said they were booked up about 3 weeks out, but he said he would list mine as a priority. A few days later their tree crew showed up ( unexpectedly), and I was surprised but also relieved that I wouldn't have to be concerned anymore about the tree falling on my house. They did an excellent job keeping the tree and limbs from falling on my house as they were cutting it, especially the elderly gentleman who climbed the tree. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs tree work done. God bless all the Tip Top Tree crew and family, and I hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas!

Professional and prompt
I am a consumer relies on reviews and feedback from other consumers for products and services. I had contacted another company December 4 for firewood because they had 46 customer reviews and a FIVE STAR rating. My appointment (December 4 6:30) was canceled at the time of delivery due vehicle problems and rescheduled for Wednesday December 6. That appointment turned into a no call/no show despite a text and a call to them to confirm delivery (this highly rated company did not reply to the text or call).

I contacted TIP TOP December 6 at 4:25 PM. The secretary/answering service representative was friendly and courteous. I received a return call from Walt today December 7 at 9:15 AM. Within an hour and a half I received a call from Bobby Smith that he had a load he could deliver in 20 minuets! This is customer service at it’s finest! TOP NOTCH has garnered my business.

I am glad I was finally able to get someone to do my work after going through three other companies with broken promises and no response. I had two agree to do the job and just never show up. Tip Top did a good job and got to it in the promised time window. They were efficient and cleaned up well after. Thanks! I will use again if needed.

Tip Top Tree Care did a great job removing my overgrown Bradford Pear Tree! They showed up early, got the job done quickly, and made sure they cleaned up every single branch. I was surprised how spotless my yard looked after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was flawless, the gentleman that came to do the work were friendly, professional. I will definitely be calling back to have more done. I am very happy with the job they did. I have a fenced yard with a steep driveway, but they made it work. It was worth every penny to have these trees removed. They are acrobats out there in the trees. We were really impressed with the professionalism of the guys who came out to remove our tress. They removed the trees efficiently and made sure to clean up after. We would definitely use Tip Top Tree Care again.

Came quickly to estimate the cost to remove a damaged cedar tree in my backyard. Quoted a fair price and came in a couple of days to do the work. They were careful of the soft ground in our backyard and did not damage the yard in removing the large trunk pieces and many branches for chipping on the road in front of our house. They raked up the small stuff in the backyard and cleaned up the street in front. Efficient and high quality. Worth the 5 stars.

They were very professional, very quick and did a great job cleaning up. We are having them remove another tree in a couple of weeks.
