I had multiple trees removed and some were very large. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. This is the only tree service I have ever used that actually cleaned up the debris from the trees. I am very pleased with the work performed and the crew that did the work. I will use them again when I need trees removed. I highly recommend TipTop Tree Care.

Quick response with fair quote and completed the job requested in appropriate timeframe. I have used this service at 3 separate properties and been pleased each time.

Removed a decently large tree off of the property, the crew were professional and went above and beyond. The price was also good for the professional service.

I do not recommend Tip Top Tree Service. We hired them to remove dead branches, but many are still falling, and another tree service confirmed they were already dead. When I called the owner, Robert, he quickly became irate and was extremely loud. I repeatedly told him he was making a scene in front of the neighbors, and he replied, “I don’t care.” My husband asked him to stop speaking to me that way, and he still would not, leaving me shaken and uncomfortable. The interaction was completely unprofessional, and I strongly suggest choosing a different tree service.

The company was very polite during the quote and tree removal. The crew cutting down the trees were very professional and cleaned up all limbs. I would recommend to anyone and will use again in the future.

We have used Tip Top Tree service several times in the past year because we have a lot with many trees. We had Robert come out because two trees were leaning towards the house and garage and we were worried they may come down in a storm. The crew came out and cut down the trees in a timely manner at a fair price. We highly recommend this company.

Robert came out quickly to assess a huge holly tree that was in a difficult spot and causing problems. After getting several quotes Robert’s came in as the most reasonable. His crew came that same week and had it cut down before lunch and cleaned up. Top notch!

Tip Top Tree Care was hired to trim a very old Hackberry Tree in my backyard. The tree had grown over our roof and across our fence line, onto our neighbors side. We were concerned about storms, potentially, bringing down old limbs and damaging our roof or fence. Tip Top Tree Care came out to provide an estimate the very next day, after my call. The 2 man crew seemed small for such a job, but let me tell you, they were amazing!!!!!!! Nothing was damaged as they roped off huge limbs and carefully cut them away. They did a fantastic job of evenly trimming the tree all the way around. In no time, they had everything on the ground hauled to their chipper and out of the way. Our backyard looked like no one had ever been there! I told them the quote was not enough; the job was done so professionally. I highly recommend Tip Top Tree Care and am happy to give a 5 star review!!!!! You won’t be sorry.

Absolutely horrible customer service and unreasonable. The owner got aggressive with me in person after he showed up unannounced demanding payment when we were never even given an invoice via email, text, or in person upon completion of the job! He was appalled that I was asking for an invoice stating nobody ever asks for an invoice, they just pay. Paying someone over $5k just on their word, especially when an invoice would be required for an insurance company? Not me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We contacted Mr. Hess from Tip Top Tree Car in 2017 & 2018. First contract was for a removal of a backyard pear tree and above the ground pool. They did an exceptional job removing and grinding the room of the pear tree. The pool took longer to be dismantle but the crew completed the task within 4 hrs and remove all pool debris. Second contract was for a removal of 2 large front trees and 2 large bushes in front of the house. Mr. Hess and his crew cut, remove and grind the roots of the trees and the 2 large bushes within 5 hrs. We are so satisfy with their performance that we contacted them for additional removal of more trees. Their prices were reasonable and job was completed in a timely manner at the promise appointed date and time.

They cleaned up storm damage and removed large limbs and ground them up. The did a great job.

I really can't say enough positive things about Tip Top tree care. I've purchased firewood from them and had them stack it. I've also had them perform tree trimming services. They are very genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. I am a bit of a perfectionist. Finding a service provider I can highly recommend to others is almost unheard of; but I very, very highly recommend Tip Top Tree Care.

Robert did a great job of assessing the project. The climber was a seasoned pro who cut 80 to 90 footers. The bucket operator navigated oak branches over roof. The foreman backed massive chipper up narrow steep curved drive. The ground man cleared branches and leaf blew driveway. Price was good for professional service.

This crew knows what they are doing! They are prompt, courteous, experienced professionals, are easy to work with, and clean up after themselves. My trees look much better, wind can flow through them better and they are no longer a threat to my roof. If you have a need for tree trimming or removal I highly recommend Tip Top Tree Care!!

Got 3 estimates this one was by far the cheapest not only that it worked into their schedule they did it 3 days after getting the estimate and took two professional workers about 20 minutes to take a 40’+ tree hanging over our personal power lines! Great job I’ll recommend you to anyone that needs a job done they right way!
