The person that cleaned our carpet, couch, and rug was very kind and respectful. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for a few things. It’s been over 8 hrs and my carpet is still SOAKED in several areas. Mainly all down my stairs. He used, in my opinion, too much soapy substance on the couch which has left my couch very stiff and it was very soft prior. Most things are still just very very wet. My kids are unable to sleep in there rooms due to it still being so wet. We did leave fans on all day hoping to help it dry quicker. I plan on calling the company in the morning to see if someone can come out and maybe get some of the residue out of the couch and vacuum the stairs if they are still wet. I’ll update to 5 stars if these issues are resolved.

This is my first time using Eco Clean, but it will not be the last! Gibran was very through and explained everything he was going to do, and did a fantastic job. My poor cat-trodden carpet now looks brand new and is fresh and sparkling clean! I highly recommend Eco Clean!

It was very affordable but the carpet still had quite a few spots , I asked for the deep clean ( fine with paying more ) but was told they only offered 1 kind of cleaning and that it was a “ deep clean “ but it’s not . Also the smell after they got done cleaning wasn’t pleasant at all similar to a wet dog smell but not as strong .

Shawn did a great job. Our carpeting looks new. I would recommend ECO Clean to anyone.

The man who cleaned for us was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional, and a hard worker. Wish we would’ve caught his name. He went out of his way to provide the services we needed. Checked out our crawl space and everything. Highly recommend!

Brandon Sharpe did an excellent job. Some old stains disappeared and all carpet and upholstery looks like new.

I can't say enough good things about Eco Clean. I have used them for the past 15 years. Their price beats most all of the other carpet cleaners in the area. The technician took his time and it shows! My carpets look BRAND new! I even had some pet "accidents" that are gone. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!

Marty came in and told us the plan for cleaning the dryer vent. Checked out the exhaust pipe- told us how he would get the lint out and then showed us ways to make it easier to keep lint from building up
Cleaned everything up perfectly.
We will call upon Certified Clean Care for other needs as time goes on.

Eco Clean Carpet Solutions did an amazing job on our carpeted stairs, bedroom & hallway! We have a very hairy pug which makes for hairy carpets. We have also been having a lot of food traffic up and down the stairs, making for ground in dirt. The stairs, bedroom & hallway looked like new after they finished! They are very easy to work with & their service is a great value for their quality of work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My carpet wasn’t stained, but I felt it needed refreshed. I saw an ad on Facebook for Eco Clean Carpet Solution and decided to try it. Our tech was very nice and professional! Our carpet smelled so good afterwards and looked brand new. It also felt softer. I plan to get them cleaned every few months!

Very professional and informative. I used this company five years ago to clean the ductwork in my old house. I’m looking forward to getting the ductwork cleaned in my new house.

We had our carpet cleaned and deodorize and everything looks and smells great. The technician did an initial walkthrough to make sure he had the correct areas that were to be cleaned. We were able to pay electronically. Very simple process. We will definitely be using and recommending this service again.

We had significant issues with cat urine and our service tech was very diligent in treating all the spots. He was careful with the furniture and the carpet smelled so great after it dried. I think he did a good job.

They did a great job! From the first phone call to when the job was done, they were very professional and courteous. He was on time. My carpets look amazing! We thought about replacing, but now won't have to! I will highly recommend them to all my friends.
