Did an awesome job

After a few years of no luck with service companies, we reached out to Jordan with Clear Pools Co. He addressed areas of concern with us and when he and his team returned for service - it was thorough and efficient! Left our pool looking so sparkly! We’re so excited to use his company moving forward for all of our pool service needs.

Hired Clear Pool Co. to do the install of my new heater. Jordan took his time to discuss all my concerns and gave me extra info on the importance of my pool levels now that we have a heater. Was always quick to communicate through out the whole process. Alex came out to do the install and when noticed the pool was not bonded, explained the importance to have the pool bonded for safety. Was so very thankful as we are newer pool owners and had no idea. Alex did a fantastic job hard plumbing the heater. We are so very thankful and on this beautiful April morning enjoyed swimming in our 85 degree pool. I can’t do even slightly cold water. First time I’ve ever just walked right into a pool without that painful look on my face from the cold agonizing water!! Yay!!

Jordan did an excellent job coordinating a replaster of our pool. Once filled with water, Jordan did an excellent job in cleaning the pool and adding chemicals. He explained the process, showing me test levels and was an excellent communicator thru the process. I highly recommend this company.

Jordan serviced and cleaned our hot tub and did a great job! He was efficient and very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job taking his time to explain everything I needed to know for future maintenance. The sellers had not filled or used the hot tub in 6 months so we when moved into the house we had some reservations about whether or not it would be in good condition, but Jordan Farris with Clear Pools got us up and running and ready to use it immediately! He followed up a week later via text and made sure that everything was still running smoothly!

I tell you what - if you’re looking for a do-it-all pool guy who can get you blue and keep you there, Jordan is your guy. Clear Pools is an amazing company! Honest, dependable, affordable - truly the total package. I know from experience - he’s taken care of me, my mom, and my friends. Do yourself a favor and call him!

Our serviceman was very professional and explained the pricing clearly before he started. He made sure to show me where all of the trouble areas were and when he was done, he showed me those same places were now clean!! We are very happy with the service and price!!

DO NOT use this company for cleaning rugs. I had four area rugs picked up and taken to their office for cleaning weeks ago. Not only did they return the rugs unclean and damaged, they returned them late. Two of the rugs were only seven months old, purchased new. The representative admitted that this has happened before when an employee does not clean the rugs correctly. Not only is their headquartered location not supporting the replacement of the damaged rugs, I am now facing legal action against them. Don't waste your money, when there are other companies that stand behind their services!

The guys that came were on time and did a good job. The problem, and the reason I am giving a low rating is because when they finished they left my crawl space door wide open and left a light on. I had to leave right after and did not think to check the door. It ended up being open all evening. It’s midnight so I will have to check for animals tomorrow.

My carpets were not cleaned any better then my Bissell home shampooer and I actually leave them just damp. They were left drenched and still drenched 2.5 hours later. I may have to get my shampooer out to get vacuum some of the water/wet product out. I was trying to give myself a break but shouldn’t have wasted my money. I am very disappointed.

I needed my tile cleaned and caulked around the edge as the caulk was black. He said he could clean the tile but could not caulk so did not do the job.

The guy who came to clean my carpet was very professional. He also made sure I was happy with the service and gave me tips to keep my carpet looking nice!
