I have used this company many times, and they always do an excellent cleaning. Gibran is always prompt, professional, and personable. He is also very knowledgeable.
The company has changed ownership, so I had a new cleaner, Shawn. He did a great job. I am very pleased.

Brandon did an excellent job. He was very good at explaining things and how the different plans work. It was a great cleaning done quickly and efficiently.

I needed all my carpets cleaned in my home, Certified Clean Care followed threw with care and excellence. Helped answer questions about care of cleaning from dog hair to paw prints. I will share with family/friends how amazing this company was with my home.

Marty & Shawn cleaned our carpets and duct work and did a great job! They were thorough and took their time to make sure it was done correctly! Would definitely recommend them!

I hired Eco Clean to clean our dryer vents and was extremely happy with the results. They responded promptly to my request for quote and were lower priced than their competitors. On the day of the cleaning the technician showed up on time with all the tools and equipment he needed. He worked quickly and left our wash room clean. He also went above and beyond by helping repair a loose vent connection. I will certainly use Eco Clean again and will recommend them to anyone who needs dryer vents cleaned.

I would really like it if they came back and re did the job. When I was able to look over the rug after it dried. I saw that the paint stain did not come out in the middle of one room and one of the stains in the hallway did not come out. Possibly he couldn’t tell when it was wet, but I really would appreciate them coming back and redoing those spots for me. Since I paid for stain removal. -Ms. Kiely. Then I would re do my review based on their guarantee policy. Thanks.

Shawn did great job. Was very conscientious and pointed out areas of concern he observed. Was also careful about not letting cats out the doors while he was cleaning. Carpet and rugs look very good and clean. Prices are a bit high for cleaning rugs.

We called Certified Clean Care to see if they could clean our big shag area rug. The receptionist was very friendly, and explained what ways it could be done. She then set me up for a consultation with Marty for later that afternoon. After checking everything out, he was able to clean our rug right away. We were thrilled! We were kind of down to the wire on company coming. Marty did such a great job! Looks new again!

Shaun was very professional and did an excellent job removing extremely embedded pet stains from my previous tenant. I was almost certain I'd have to replace the carpet but it looks brand new (stained near solid black, cleaned back to ash gray) He even stayed to dry the worst area to hit it a second time to make sure it wouldn't come back and dried again. 11/10 will use again if needed. VERY well priced as well.

Couldn’t be more pleased. Marty came and cleaned our carpets and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was on time, quick, efficient, and did an amazing job. There were several areas of the house that I thought were pretty much hopeless, including some area rugs…they now look brand new. On top of that Marty was super friendly and professional. Great guy and great service. Will for sure use this company again.

Brandon, of Certified Clean Care, came to clean the very dirty carpet of our newly purchased house. He was very professional and undaunted by the task. The rooms look so much better and there was no “lingering” odor.

Brandon did a wonderful job cleaning a sofa and 2 chairs for me. He explained The packages available for me to choose from and explained the process as he cleaned. There was no chemical smell or any harsh smell, only a fresh clean scent that smells wonderful. Brandon was extremely courteous and polite and kept me informed of the time that he would arrive at my home.

Shawn was very accommodating & professional. I was very impressed with his service. It has been a week and the carpet remains wet and some of the stains have reappeared, so I cannot totally recommend the product, but the technician was wonderful to work with.

So amazed at how wonderful our carpet looks and how great it smells. Shawn was awesome!!! Explained everything he was going to do. Some may say pricing is a bit high, but believe me, so worth it. Our apartments use a competitor, and they do not clean a carpet a fraction of what Certified Clean Care does. Definitely my go to when I need them. Thank you Shawn for doing such a great job!!!!

Was very pleased with the look of my carpet after it was cleaned. Brandon was very friendly and prompt. Called me before arriving and arrived when he said he would. The total cost was actually more than I expected (what isn’t nowadays) but it was worth it. Highly recommend this company.

Okay, I don’t like to write bad reviews, but, WOW. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will say that my carpet wasn’t in great shape: Four kids, two cats, a new puppy, and more than 13 years in the house will do that, and I understand there’s only so much you can do. However, this was a disaster from the jump, and for the price (I’ll get into that in a bit), I expected at least a decent level of professionalism and competence, and we got neither!! We got the initial assessment and quotes, and I decided to go ahead with getting all our wood floors cleaned, the carpets cleaned (including, I thought, the edges near the walls, which were dusty), my shower tiles cleaned, and some repairs made to the carpet in a few spots where the cats and dog had done some damage. (We had a swatch of original carpet that the builders had left behind.) So, the appointed day arrives, and our tech informs us almost casually that if we wanted our wood floors cleaned, “sometimes they forget to tell you” (That was you, dude!!) that you can’t step on the floor or put any furniture back on it for 24 hours. Uh, that’s most of our main living space, and how are we supposed to tell our cats and the dog that the floor is now lava for 24 hours?! Fortunately, he said that before he started on the wood floors, so we decided not to go ahead with that. Then there was the shower. Noooo noticeable difference when he was done. Finally, there’s the carpet: “Well, I didn’t bring the tool for the edges. It’s in Georgia.” Wha—okay?! “Also, if I have to move anything, there’s just me, and it will cost extra.” He had mentioned this earlier, and we had prepped as much as we could. Fine, whatever, but I noticed later that I’d forgotten to put a plastic container of cat food aside that weighed maybe half a pound—AND HE HAD CLEANED AROUND IT!! And then we get to the repairs. Okay, he’d warned us it wouldn’t be perfect, and I totally get that. However, he informed us that he “didn’t have the right kind of tape, so I stopped at Lowe’s and got some, although I’m not sure if it will hold up to vacuuming,” (?!) and . . . by the time he was done, it looked like a drunk five year old with a glue stick and an Exacto knife had been left alone with the carpet by an irresponsible babysitter!! He spilled glue on parts that were clean, left glue exposed around the edges of the parts he’d “repaired,” cut a jagged line in a new section THAT I HADN’T ASKED FOR next to the original bad spot, and it looked so bad that when he left I wanted to cry!! The spots he’d glued down didn’t last even 24 hours before they came apart!! And all this cost us more than $1,000!! I mentioned it in another review, and the company gave us a small discount . . . and then sent the same guy out to fix it!! This time he showed up with the tool to clean the carpet edges . . . and informed us, ominously, that “it wouldn’t be perfect” (Oh, god, I’ve heard that before!!), and that it would cost us another $975!! Uh, no thanks!! Then he proceeded to cut out slightly larger sections of the carpet swatch, use what I can only assume was his same glue stick, and then leave us with basically the same jagged strips (not surprised) that look almost as bad as before. We have covered the worst parts with a rug, but I wish to high heaven that we had just rented a Rug Doctor and watched a carpet repair video on YouTube and done it ourselves!! So, again, save yourself some grief, AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
