From first contact to the job completed was perfect! Robert, the owner was professional and very nice. The crew did an excellent job removing a tall birch next to our house. I would recommend them to anyone!! Tip Top Tree service is the BEST!

I had Tip Top Tree Care bush hog about half an acre and remove five tall, skinny trees that were dead. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I dealt with was just as nice as they could be, and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Great communication throughout the whole process of getting a quote, scheduling, rescheduling (due to weather), and follow up. The crew that came out to remove our trees and grind stumps were very nice, quick, and efficient. A great job all around!

Not sure what the negative comments about fire wood are about? But Bobby delivered my firewood ( a week or two ago) and this has been the easiest to work with wood I’ve had, little to no moisture burns well and is easy to handle. Thank you Tip top and thank you Bobby for putting up with me and all my questions.

A felled tree in our back yard was too large for us to remove, so we contacted Tip Top Tree Care as well as a few other businesses about having the trunk removed.

They not only bested others in the affordability of their work, but the crew came by and had removed the trunk within a few days! (Thankfully, we reside very close to the Tip Top Tree Care yard.)

They had also cut the stump down to exactly ground level as part of the work, and did a fantastic job! The crew even cleaned up debris from the stump (some mushrooms and chipped wood that had fallen off), that was beyond my expectations.

It was a fantastic experience, and I am certain to recommend them to anyone else who needs their services.

We had a 100ft dying tree very close to our house, in a very difficult position to get to ,removed by Tip Top. They did an amazing job with the removal of this a several other trees. This large tree would have destroyed most of our house had it fallen. Tip Top removed this tree safely, without incident. Their crew was professional and obviously well experienced. They removed all debris and cleaned up area thoroughly when finished. Their services were very affordable as well. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future for any tree needs.

The experience I had with this company was excellent from start to finish. Tim came out first and did a site assessment and discussed what I wanted done: taking down 4 large dead trees and removing one entirely. Robert's crew arrived on schedule and managed all the work in a single day, not an easy task given the heavily forested slope in my small yard and the relative closeness of the trees to the house and fences. They laid down all four of the trees in the exact locations planned without any issues of safety or worries about property damage, which I appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the difficulty of the job, the crew accommodating of my wishes for disposal, and the sales and office staff friendly and professional. It matters, too, that they are insured and a member of TCIA. I strongly recommend this company for their job well done and will call them again in future.

Needed a truck bed full of firewood. Talked to the owner on the phone. Seemed nice. Made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30. I pulled into his place and at the back of the house is the work yard with all the equipment. I was about 10 or 15 minutes early so I got out to open the bed cover of my truck. As I was doing than I heard what sounded like a huge dog in the house barking. I was glad it was on the inside. No sooner did I think it then I heard the back door open and what sounded like a horse scrambling down the deck steps. I turned around and a giant mass of fur and teeth were just hitting the ground and flying towards me! I scrambled around and jumped in the truck just as the dog got to the door barking and growling. I looked up expecting someone to come out and apologize or yell for the dog to get back as most normal people would do. The person in the door just stood and watched as all this unfolded….no “ Sorry for inviting you here and then setting my horse dog loose on you!” Or nothing! Not sure what kind of people operate this place but I would not be surprised if a dog fighting ring was somewhere in the back 40. Do not go here if you need firewood.

We have used Tip Top Tree Care twice this month already! We can't say enough good things about this company. Robert, the owner is always timely with a call or responding to a text. The crew is absolutely amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and talk about hard working!! Tip Top took down several trees for me and they did an excellent job at every step of the process. They came out to give me a quote quickly and a clear understanding of when they would be able to get the trees down. The crew that were sent to my house were excellent. I am very pleased with the service I received and will happily use them again.

The work that I had done required removal of two large Oak trees and removal of said trees. The process was accomplished with no problems. The workers were excellent and friendly. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend them highly.

Our experience with Tip Top Tree Care was excellent. We had to delay our service date due to one of the trucks breaking down, but it was completely out of their control, they communicated this issue immediately with me, and we were back on the schedule the following week. Our tree was very rotten and large branches were falling off on the roof. We had a hard time finding someone to remove it that was affordable, because it was in a hard place to get to.The consultant from Tip Top came out and was concerned that it was going to fall on our house, so he expedited the order and had a crew out in 2 days to take it down. The crew was punctual, courteous and very efficient. They took it down and removed it without any problems. They did a great job cleaning up. They even cleaned up all the limbs and branches from the roof and yard that had already fallen.

Our first experience was when TipTop was working next door and we asked the guys about a dead tree on the edge of the woods near the driveway. They gave us a price, climbed the tree, cut the tree down and put in the chipper same day. The next experience is when we notice a tree leaning towards the house and another dead tree nearby. Robert (owner) came out and gave us a price. His crew arrived the next morning at 8 am and cut and removed the trees. This job was rather difficult because we have a manicured garden below and they did the job without any damage. Plus we asked that they leave 8 ft trunks so we could mount birdhouses. Their work exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Tip Top Tree Service came last Thursday and removed my two tall pine trees in my front yard that had fallen down due to strong winds, and Tip Top Tree Service did an excellent job! Removing those trees that were blocking my drive way. I know my Husband and I are very grateful.

About two years ago Tip Top did tree work for us and this is the second time we have hired them to work on our property. Both times we have been very satisfied. We have a lot of trees that needed trimming and wind damage to four trees which required extra care to keep from landing on a fence. The team of workers did a great job, they worked efficiently and were very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job communicating about the work being done.
