He came late at night to help with an emergency after calling 7 other local businesses! We had several family members coming to our cabin for a long weekend. He came on a holiday weekend to help! He was speedy, efficient, & enjoyable to talk to! Extremely professional, & would highly recommend. We will for sure use him again!

Tyler is a pro! He looked at and cleaned more of our system in this one visit than any other company has done over the last 2 years combined. Tyler is one of the hidden gems of Severville. He has been so valuable to us helping to get our cabins ready to rent. He installed our thermostats, our coded door locks and our Wi-Fi, plus programmed all our tvs. He is prompt and trustworthy!

I called Tyler at noon about a heating issue. He scheduled me immediately and repaired the heat the same business day . I recommend him for all of your heating and air needs

The AC at our Air B n B in Sevierville went down unexpectedly. Our guests were hot and miserable. I called several places the following morning to get it looked at, most AC services said they could not make it until later after 4pm. It was a relief when Tyler said he could start his day ahead of his first appointment and take care of it for me. He was prompt, professional, detailed and reasonably priced. A Big Thank you for going the extra mile.

This young Man was amazing He suffered insane Heat in my attic and I tried to get Him to stop as I was concerned it was just unbearable even if I didn’t get my system fixed He was very smart came down enough to cool down figured out problems and fixed it swiftly ! Price was amazing! M

Tyler showed up and quickly identifited the issue (dirty coils etc) and fixed it. Initially the temperautre coming off the air conditioner unit was about 71 degrees. After service, it is now coming off at 48 degrees.

I am just wondering how much $$$ i wasted over the last number of years while operating harder with dirty coils and unoptimized operations?

Do yourself a big favor, just call Tyler. Dont waste your time with the other guys.

Tyler did one job okay. On the second job he made some bad recommendations which I had to get a second opinion. I just gave him a benefit of the doubt since I thought he didn’t know how to fix it. On the third job inquiry, he referred me to his buddy who sounds clearly drunk over the phone. Tyler claims that his buddy is not drunk. His buddy goes to the job site and gives me advice that will cost the same as buying a new HVAC. If you are going to use this business, please be aware of inexperience you are getting. They are not mature and lack experience to address issues with HVAC.

Gas heat furnace quit working. Tyler came out checked complete system. Found bad heat induction fan assembly. Ordered and replaced it all in 3 days. Special order part. Heat works great again on a 2004 Goodman system. Very happy. Tyler is very responsive and kept me updated on status.

Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Tyler came out within 20 min of calling and knew the problem within first 30
seconds of listening to unit. Very reasonable pricing and had us up and running within minutes. I will use him from here on out no need to call anyone else he has my business. Great service and super personable .

Our central heat and A/C units were replaced today and the entire process from appraisal to purchase and installation proceeded very smoothly without delays and in a very professional and friendly manner. Tyler is not only knowledgeable about removing old and installing new units but he willingly provide information about the various more technical and important issues in the way they function. It was a truly pleasant experience to have him assist us with an usually expensive ( not as much with him as may have been with other vendors) transaction. We truly appreciate all aspects of our interaction with him without exception, and recommend him highly.

Tyler installed 3 more nest thermostats at a new rental house. I can't talk highly enough about him. You definitely need to use him for all your HVAC. I do believe he installs other things as well possibly cameras and wifi locks!!!

I guess if your customers do the same as the contractors I don't want to say it's fine. I know addicts are everywhere. Even with every level.

Bad customer service. Multiple issues with a new unit under warranty. Left voicemail after voicemail and no call back from these guys. Stay away!

Been using Best Heating and Air for the last 6 years. Best guys in the business, very professional, only company I will ever use.

Absolute WORST HVAC Company known to man, these fools won’t return a phone call, don’t know what competent workmanship even is, they’ll tell you one thing is wrong and then change it to another when they can’t fix it. Terrible customer service.

Great company and professional employees! Bought a new unit and the installation was very professionally done! The unit was ordered and came in without delay and the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend!
