The technician Vitale was able to diagnose the problem in minutes. He fixed the problem immediately and gave me tips on how to prevent ice buildup in the future. Vitale is very personable and was a pleasure to talk to.

Called for washing machine repair (U5 error code). Initial booking and communication was good. The technician showed up at the appropriate time and entered the home, however, I received no feedback on what work was performed and if the problem was resolved. After a week of trying to find out what was done, I was informed that no repairs were performed and that they would not be able to offer service at our location due to dangerous conditions - apparently the roads do no accommodate their vehicles - even though they made it to location without issues. We've never had anyone have difficulty with the roads - normal Smoky Mountain paved road. I was later informed that the truck overheated on the way out. I would rate 1 star for the complete waste of time, but gave 3 stars only because I was not charged for the site visit and personnel were friendly.

Fuse was great to work with! Their customer service was excellent, and Vitaly was very courteous and helpful. The whole process was smooth and easy.

My service technician was great! 10 stars, plus 60 bucks for a service call to diagnose was over a hundred less expensive than the others I looked at. Gave me a detailed explanation of what I needed and it wasn’t that expensive either. Overall couldn’t be happier

Vitaly showed me what he was initially going to do, and explained the process to me. Unfortunately my control board had to be replaced, they were able to get the part and get it replaced in a very timely manner. I will use Fuse again in the future, if necessary.

Fuse Repair came and diagnosed our dryer with a broken belt. They ordered the part for us and were back within a week to fix it. Great communication, excellent service, totally recommend! 5 stars

I own a small business and needed a freezer room set up and after receiving multiple quotes from companies in the area, I decided to go with Vitaly from Fuse.
