This company is AMAZING! I called late in the day with no cold air. They kept in touch with me, came even though it was late and they were probably tired. Professional, very courteous, competent! My air is colder than ever now! I would recommend them to anyone!! If I could give more stars I would!

It was 4:30 on a Friday and I called Rodney because my AC was broken. I expected him to come out the following week. He called me a few minutes later and said he would be at my house in 6 minutes! He was close by and was about to head home for the day but he came to fix my problem instead. I’m so grateful for BOTH Rodney and Rodney for helping me when I really needed them.

It took over 3 weeks when I filed a claim with my warranty company. It was 90 degrees outside and I had a child in my home. Overall, communication between this company and my warranty company was poor. If I had not been stuck with him, I would have used someone else.

Mr. Givens, I now know that you and your helper actually broke a piece off the power circuit board under my dishwasher when you pulled it out. Shame on you for not owning up to that and paying to replace. I ended up having to pay for a new one that may not have needed replacing. If you were a honorable person, you would have made me whole, instead you took your $60.00 service fee and went on your way. Select Home Warranty and yourself - deserve each other. If I could rate your performance with a negative, I would. Shame on you and Select Home Warranty.

Owner/Operator Rodney Givens has been our HVAC Company since 2009. He provides an excellent service and has responded within hours of calling with a heating or cooling failure. Very responsive and professional.

They gave us a quote and that was the amount we paid! They didn’t pad the bill with last minute extras or anything. The guys we’re really nice and professional. The owner even came to help and check on the guys. We had some weird situation with the wires in the house and they made sure everything was right! He also sat down and helped me to program our new WI-FI thermostat! They even showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job done!

Rodney G. Is the man to call for anything related to heating or AC. We use him for regular maintenance on our unit and he recently replaced the pan under our furnace, which was a bear of a job! He is very responsive and sends pictures of all the work he does along the way. He’s very responsive, and trustworthy. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

After having several heat and ac contractors come to our home we asked Air Solutions to install a new heat/ac for one reason, Mr. Givens told the truth. They showed up when they said they would, completed the install on time and the workers were very respectful. The new system is very quiet, maintains temps and has cut our heating cost by 32%. We are proud to recomend Air Solutios to anyone.

I contacted Rodney late in the afternoon when I noticed my upstairs unit wasn’t cooling and it was really warm. They showed up a few hours later, found and fixed the problem and did it for a very reasonable price considering the short notice. They will definitely have my future ac/heat business.

Rodney and his wife came to my house, were professional, properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was pleased and would use them again.

Great company! And easy to work with. Rodney came out and installed an AC unit for my basement. From start to finish they were very professional. I will use them again when needed and will refer them to all my friends and family.

I needed a new HVAC system installed in our new construction basement,called Air Solutions for an estimate, Rodney came out gave me a price told me that that would be it with no extras. His crew came out right away installed the system. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had used another provider for maintenance and my system went out I reached out for alternative quotes and Rodney was professional timely and provided the most value and professionalism. I elected to go with him after speaking with fellow owners and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed and his customer experience. I highly recommend!

Rodney came to service our HVAC in late March, we used him because our home warranty company recommended him. For that initial appointment he was on time and courteous while he was here. He replaced some wiring and a transformer on our unit. Only about two weeks later our AC stopped working again. I contacted him about coming back out to service it again and set up a day, when that day came I never heard from him. I contacted him the next week and we set up yet another appointment and he missed that one as well. He called me the next day to say he was in the area and could come to our home but I told him not to bother as he hadn’t been reliable. I got in touch with another vendor that came to service our HVAC and they told us that the wiring that was replaced was done completely incorrectly, which caused the transformer and another part in the unit to go bad. Their repair of fixing what Rodney did cost us $500.

Rodney has provided fast, accurate, cost friendly service. Mark has serviced our property too, he is polite and knowledgeable-like Rodney.
We have peace of mind by having Air Solutions servicing our place in the smokys.

Mr. Givens and his partner Rodney were courteous and professional and responded quickly to our service call of cold air blowing from our heating system. They repaired our heating system within an hour, and at a fair price which is greatly appreciated. 5 stars highly recommended.

Air Solutions heating and air are the best. Worked on our old heat pump several times, always came when I called. Decided to buy new unit and Rodney gave us the best deal. He is a very honest and trustworthy man.
