I used Cherokee Group extensively last year when I was developing a rental property in Pigeon Forge. I was very happy with their services they provided from start to finish. Ben oversaw the installation of power at my site and was great to work with. He even went the extra mile delivering a generator at the site after hours to help out in a pinch. I worked with Alan to connect the septic line at the property, and Charles has serviced the plumbing at my rental cabin in Sevierville on various occasions. I have never been disappointed with the service I received from Cherokee Group. I have found them to be professional, to communicate well and to have very fair and competitive prices. Their recommendations have always been on the conservative side and there have not been unexpected, expensive surprises. Because I live out of state and have had not great experiences with several other companies I am extremely grateful to have found a company I can fully trust to help me with the needs of my rental properties while I am live far away, and am trying to keep my costs and headaches as low as possible.

Great service from start to finish. The lady that made my appointment listened well to understand my needs. She communicated them with the technician who had everything needed for all the plumbing repairs. Glenn (the technician) was kind, courteous and very helpful. Once all the plumbing issues were completed in 3 bathrooms, he went the extra mile in helping me replace the bathroom vanity and making some modifications on the countertop.

We recently purchased a home in West Knoxville and needed several electrical outlets installed in multiple rooms. Colton from the Cherokee Group's electrical division came and was able to get this taken care of for us. He was extremely professional, on-time and we felt that their price was well within reason! We had a great experience and will definitely be using them again!

I called them short notice on Friday and they had a man at my house to fix a toilet within a few hours. His name was Daniel and he did a great job!

Fantastic group to work with. We have water heater and HVAC installed in our new home construction from Cherokee and they were excellent. Had annual check up from Chas (water heater) and Dylon (HVAC) this past week and they were both very professional and very nice. Thankful we can rely on them for any future needs. Highly recommend them!

I would just like to say that Daniel Sutton is amazing ….he came out to for a leak on my dad’s hot water heater, he diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and his customer service was amazing. I will forever use this company just because of his great customer service.

Daniel provided the best service I’ve experienced from a plumber to date. He made sure he was able to identify the problem, offer all possible fixes and promptly resolve. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Today I had to have a plumber come out to fix a problem that wasn't fixed properly by the person who did work earlier in the week. I had Daniel. He was great from start to finish. Thank you for showing me how unseriously you take other people’s safety on the roads. Running stops signs, nearly rear ending other cars for no reason. I hope whoever was driving that truck doesn’t hurt anyone else before himself on these roads! Will never try your services after observing this.

I use The Cherokee Group for all our electrical and plumbing needs. I have been doing so for years. Colton is the best when it comes to electrical work. Tim and Daniel came to fix a clogged toilet and was in and out in 10 minutes. 2 very professional guys. Teresa and Sarah work hard on scheduling service to accommodate our business needs. Great job everyone.

First couple times we used them they was great! Now you cant even get them to call you back, called to have hood exhaust fixed was told would get a call back when they talked to the tech to see what he suggest, no call back, so we called again about a month later and told would get a call back and once again nothing and even tried sending a email but still zero replies, I guess they are big enough they dont need our money anymore!

Updated Nov 6th sent email on 11/4 Tuesday and Thursday night still no reply back!

Honestly one of the worst electrical companies I’ve dealt with. The young guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing — he kept guessing and still left the job incomplete. For how much they charge, the work should be flawless, but it was sloppy and careless. They’re completely overpriced and clearly not qualified for bigger commercial projects. I’ve heard of multiple complaints about their poor-quality work, and now I see why. Definitely not a company I’d ever hire again.

We have been using The Cherokee Group for most of our plumbing and heating/cooling needs at work. They are always efficient and helpful! Daniel specifically goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of, is very efficient and even has a great attitude! Props to Daniel and The Cherokee Group!

I called recently needing plumbing work including pressure issues at my location. I spoke to a sweet lady named Sarah who was patient and able to work with the schedule I needed. Sarah sent the tech out the next day and the plumbing team was able to get everything flowing again quickly. I appreciate the knowledge and quick service Cherokee provided.
