If I could give them -5 I would. If you want your place to be trashed by them and the job be done half way you can definitely hire them. If you want anything else, hire someone else.

Make sure you have a good prosthetist handy because they cost an arm and a leg. They conveniently don't carry supplies on their trucks so they can go back to the shop to get them, all the while, they are charging you for that time, because of their screw up.

Alan Cox screwed up the plumbing in my home and charged me $2500 to boot. Even though my contractor the framers and building plans said it was in the wrong place Alan refused to fix it. From the receptionist who refused to allow me to speak to a manager, all the way to the owner, who I finally tracked down after 3 week, the entire company is dishonest and unwilling to find a solution. I would not recommend them to put in a garden hose at my house

Charles is a great guy. Went up and beyond his job and helped me when I was stranded with my motorcycle. Your company is blessed with a guy like Charles.

I have had to use the plumbing staff an emergency situation more than once. They have always been prompt and very helpful. Each time they have got us up and going and have found ways to help us in ways of convenience and money. Very appreciative of their help!

A plumbing tech came out to look at a tankless water heater and called me that afternoon to say it needed replaced. I said ok, I need a quote. Explained this is a rental property and quickness was important. No one ever called me. I had to call back in and spoke to a manager I think, he said he wasn't aware of the situation and didn't know who came out but would look into it. He never called back either! Today I received an bill for their service. No one discussed their rate...and my fault..I never asked.

Daniel fixed our toilet here at Highland Condos and did a terrific job...nice guy...very polite...

We have used Cherokee in the past and have had no complaints with their service. Recently, I called for an estimate for electrical work. After not hearing from them after nearly a month, I called and was told they had no notes about my request. I asked if they could still get an estimate to me and I was told my request (a dedicated microwave circuit and two outlets for a deck) was too small a job for them to quote.

Daniel did an excellent job, promptly, efficiently, and kindly. It was a pleasure to have him work for us.

We have used Cherokee for several projects in the past couple of years to do electrical work, install a french drain, replace a hot water heater, install outside outlets and line for hot tub, and AC maintenance and had been pleased overall with the service. My husband called three times this week to schedule maintenance on our AC and never received a return call. We realize current weather may have increased call volume but not at least returning a call after 4 days? It has been so challenging to find service people in the Gatlinburg area so I am very disappointed that I have to find new ones for plumbing and AC.

We had an outdoor faucet that was leaking and a garbage disposal that was hung up. Brendan from Cherokee plumbing came out and was AWESOME!! Found the problem immediately with the faucet and had it fixed. The garbage disposal was more of a trial since he found a screw had dropped in the disposal, but he keep fooling with it until the screw came out. Brendan not only was very knowledgeable about the problems, but was extremely polite and personable.I will definitely ask for him if we have any more plumbing issues.

Highly recommend this company! Very responsive and shows up to get the job done when they say they are going to. We had them come out to repair a gas leak in Gatlinburg and they did the work, worked with gas company to make sure the gas could safely be turned back on and it was all at a fair price. There are a LOT of scammers in the Smokies but this company was fair and showed up when they said they would!

Was provided a written quote for new HVAC. We scheduled two installation dates and both were cancelled by Cherokee. Ultimately, Cherokee changed the written quote from $6,373.00 to $9,186.00 without any real explanation. Very frustrating. Left messages and sent a letter to the management of Cherokee without any response. Not recommended.
