Totally unreliable, didn’t complete work terrible communication. Didn’t install heat strips on condenser units, didn’t install condensation line so ended up with flood and mold on our new house, promised to come back and fix but has been ignoring me so I had to hire someone else. Do not use this company buyer beware

Exceptional service. Came and repaired our AC same evening we called. We discovered our unit was not working when we arrived, very appreciative that they came and repaired it so quickly. Highly recommend.

I went in the cabin after these people worked on an a.c. unit, a cabin that I and my husband take care of. What I found made me angry to say the least,the young man who was working on the unit had usrd our clean linens to clean some of his mess and left us to sweep up the rest of his mess. I find this very unprofessional and low class. Disrespectful to the property owner and the people who clean. I wouldn't let these people in my residence or rental alone. I've had an pest control man tell us that he would help us clean up after he had rendered his services because of the extra mess that it involved. That's the right way to do things

Estimates from 4 companies. This one provided his via text after I sent pics of current heat pump. No in home pressure from sales representatives. Straight forward with no nonsense. Got what I wanted when I wanted it and at a fair price to both of us.

They were AWESOME I have used them twice. The first time the temp was upper 90's very quick response fixed my unit same day for a for a great price.

I had a very challenging project with a rental cabin on a steep hill - these guys evaluated, gave me a straight forward estimate and said it would not change and they honored that despite additional work needed.. Excellent service, prompt and stayed until job was complete.
