I have known the Spurgeon Family for over twenty years. Carl and his team have always been prompt and fair with the price of service. Best Heating and Air has put in an upstairs unit in our first home located in Kodak. Years later we moved to our second home in Sevierville, Carl and his team replaced our entire unit when it went out. My Mom’s (71 years young)unit quit working during the Summer, Best Heating and Air rushed out to Seymour and had her house nice and cool within the hour. Best Heating and Air is the only company I trust for my Heating and Air needs. They are true to their word and back it up with extremely high quality care and service.

After being ripped off by a home warranty, Best Heating & Air gave us a second opinion. They kept the unit running for another 6 months until we were ready for a new system. They had to modify and adjust the new one to fit. we were very satisfied and highly recommend.

These guys have always been efficient and very polite. They explain things and were always on time. If something else came up (as things do when it’s an older house) they immediately came and told us and they found a solution effectively and at an afford rate. Will definitely use them again if need be in the future. I would recommend them to anyone need good work at an affordable price!!!!

Very nice and professional and reasonable prices. Not out of this world like some others. We have used them for years and have never been disappointed.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but after enduring four years of ongoing issues, I feel it is necessary to share my experience and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

We purchased a new HVAC unit from this company four years ago. Since then, we have had to contact them repeatedly due to the unit either shutting off unexpectedly or blowing hot air. On multiple occasions, they attributed the issues to a blown fuse or insufficient insulation. Each time they came to our home, they appeared visibly annoyed that we had reached out—despite the fact that I was trying to maintain a livable environment for my young child in a home that regularly reached temperatures near 90 degrees.

During their most recent visit, they again blamed our insulation. I explained that this did not account for the unit blowing hot air. Although they seemed irritated, they returned to inspect the unit and then informed me it required a new part, which they claimed they would order.

Two months passed without any follow-up or communication. Despite numerous attempts by both myself and my husband to contact them, our calls went unanswered. Upon researching the business online, we discovered their listed hours showed the company as “temporarily closed.” I reached out to a local community forum and was contacted by several individuals who reported that they, too, had been scammed by this company.

The following day, I received the message shown below. I also received a hostile message from the wife of one of the employees, though she has since deleted her account and I no longer have the screenshot.

Now, two years later, our unit has failed once again. We hired a different HVAC company, who informed us that the original installation was done incorrectly. The unit had been placed on 3-inch risers instead of the recommended 6-inch ones, and the piping had been angled improperly, preventing proper drainage. As a result, we sustained $1,600 in water damage to our carport ceiling. The costs of further repairs aren’t yet clear to us but it is obvious that this company has caused us thousands of dollars that we didn’t have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Honest and fantastic customer service experience. They solved my HVAC issue that occurred after another technician was cleaning the unit and will be returning to service my stove.

Very nice technician, friendly and explained our issues with our ice maker. Especially appreciate quick service and showing up on time. We decided to replace our appliance since it is 25 years old. We would use this service again if needed.

Vitaly has come to our rescue a few times now.
Our unit is older and we some condenser issues, he fixed that as well as some maintenance that was way past due.

During the coldest week of the year we started having control board problems, he was quick to respond and fix that problem.

We asked him to quote us new ducts for the house and his pricing was so reasonable. We have decided we will do the ducts, as well as a new unit using Fuse Services.

Vitaly is a gentleman that’s reliable, with great communication and pricing.

    Win win.
