Cherokee has provided two moderately complex repairs to our home plumbing system in the last two months. The quality of their work and response times have been excellent. We appreciate the care and professionalism provided by Tucker onsite.

We regularly use Cherokee Group Services at my place of employment. Recently, we've been lucky to have Daniel respond to these service calls! He's been here twice in the last week and goes above and beyond when providing services here.
Last week, he fixed a sink in our ladies room and while it was an easy task, he made sure he "showed his work" and walked us through the work he did. Today, he has finished fixing a toilet and before leaving, he very kindly mopped the ladies room! We're very grateful for him! Thanks again!

The owner completed a maintenance on my HVAC. 30 days later the HVAC was 10 pounds low (empty) and the caps were left off of the unit. I called him and he denied leaving them off, however my security camera only shows him at the unit.

Very sad!!!! Came out to fix a clogged line for the ac drain. He did not have enough pipe to run completely and was told that he would be back the beginning of the next week to put the rest of the drain pipe in and seal the hole in our floor under the inside unit. Well after several promises to come back and finish the job it is 28 days later and not done. I will have to hire someone else and probably by the time gets done an exterminator hence the hole in the floor. Do not trust!!!!!!
