Aaron Lee called before arrival and performed the routine check in a timely manner. He explained degradation of capacitor so we went ahead and changed it.

Can’t say enough about how much we love this company. Honest and trustworthy- they have installed and maintained our HVAC at our residence and our rental properties at a fair price and always promptly. We regularly refer our friends and family to LB Chase as well. It’s rare to find a company with such integrity and quality.

This is the second replacement project from LB Chase and just as with the first one it was first rate! I needed to replace a 25 year old package unit and Jay offered me a set of options and answered all questions. The install crew did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. The following day a service technician arrived to perform a complete system checkout and ensure I didn't have any questions. In the photo, to the right of the new package unit, is one of the two mini-splits they installed earlier this year.

I had an exceptional experience with this company but especially the tech sent to service! Aaron went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correct and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

LB Chase installed my HVAC unit almost 20 years ago. I have always had excellent service and professional care with this company. I highly recommend LB Chase for any HVAC concerns.Their prices are very reasonable, and the education needed to keep your unit up and running are definitely outlined by this company.

We were very impressed with James, Dagan, David and Maurice. They came in and installed our new HVAC system and did a great job and were able to accomplish the task so efficiently. We would highly recommend LB Chase Mechanical as they send out such quality people to service their accounts.

Our house (rental) was HOT and couldn't keep up with the temperatures this past week. The landlord sent these guys out. They showed up early (which was fine because I was home all day), they were absolutely wonderful to deal with, respectful of the property, and great with our black lab. One of them even played a bit of fetch with her in the house. They attempted to diagnose and fix the issue, but the unit was just too far gone, so our landlord opted to replace it. We went from suffering 80+ degrees in the house and high humidity, to a comfortable 71 degrees. They were quick and efficient in their jobs, very respectful, and polite. 100/10. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys. You're awesome. ❤️
