had some last min issues with a new thermostat that went above my knowledge level. one call and I had a tech at the house the same afternoon. They are right down the road from us, fast and efficient. very happy with the service

I recommended this company to my neighbor who lives out of state. They quickly fixed her ac, and she was very impressed with their professionalism and quick response. We used them for our rebuild, and they were outstanding.

Great experience from start to finish.
Upgraded from 10 year old unit to 2.5 ton stage 2 with WiFi remote controlled thermostat.
Explained everything to me, cleaned up as they worked.. apologized because a little paint came off the wall where new air return was installed.
Just a little touch up paint and I’m good.

I cannot recommend Ridge Valley enough! Everyone i spoke to was incredibly nice and they are SO timely! I called at 8 and they were here by 11! In and out in 30 minutes! (DISCLAIMER: they don't make any time-sensitive claims and I had a very simple issue to fix. All experiences will vary!) 10/10 would recommend! Also, Darren was awesome.

Ridge valley heating and air has helped me and my family out several times. They come out very quickly and always fix the problem fast and great pricing. We purchased a HVAC mini-split from Lowes in September. After months of frustration trying to find a company to help us install the unit, Ridge Valley Heat & Air was able to help! They came out at their scheduled time. Techs Ben, Jessee and Nate were friendly and professional. While we had a small hiccup after the installation, Garrett provided top notch customer service. We will be using this company for our other HVAC needs!

i can’t express in words what an amazing company this is first i am a worry wart and when something goes wrong with my air and heating units i am like oh no now what is this going to cost as i have seen many companies mess people over with issues but i have never seen such a wonderful company as ridge valley

Great price quote and fantastic service. Tim, Joey, Keith and the rest of the crew showed up on time, did the work right and followed up when it came time for inspection. No surprises, no extra costs. Don't hesitate to call them and get a quote for installation or service. Also: they're one of the few contractors recommended by the Sevier County Electrical System. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

These guys did great. Not only was they half the price of some others i called but they didnt tey to over sale on what i needed. Brandon the installer did an amazing job. Everyone i talked to at the company was amazing. Highly recommend this company.

We had them replace our HVAC system. They were professional, polite, and fast. Recently, we had issues with leaking water from the cool air exchange. It took them a few tries to sort it all out, but they persevered and we are up and running perfectly. Even though they were overwhelmed with service calls, we were made to be a priority and it is greatly appreciated.

My wife and I were remodeling our new home which unfortunately had an old broken AC unit. The furnace worked fine, but unfortunately was too old and I could not find a new set of coils for it. I called several HVAC services seeking a new AC unit and potentially a furnace too. Many businesses never even returned my calls and others would give me an estimate and then ghost me completely. Ridge and Valley was prompt with an estimate on a new York system which was my preference. Tim even looked for a set of downflow coils for the furnace but also had no luck. I purchased a complete new system and couldn't be happier with my purchase and the process. The workers were very clean, courteous, and just did a great job. Can't say enough good things about my experience. I'll be going with Ridge and Valley for all my future HVAC needs.

We were very impressed with Ridge Valley! They really did their best to get in our HVAC as quickly as possible and gave us a much lower price than another company for a quality product, including the bells and whistles. They were friendly and courteous as they worked. We will be calling them first for future needs!

I called Ridge Valley Heat & Air as my HVAC unit was not working. An appointment was set up for the next working day. The morning of the appointment, I received a text, an email and even a phone call from the technician that they were on their way. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in less than an hour. Great service at a great price! I highly recommend them.

12/23/2024, lodging at Modern Mountain VRBO Flatwood Road. A Heating issue had developed. Owner had Ridge Valley Heat and Air service the issue. They responded in a prompt, efficient, friendly and professional manner. The Tech quickly isolated and solved the issue, replaced the Thermostat. Ridge Valley Heat & Air and their Tech did a wonderful job. We really appreciatte Ridge Valley’s prompt and professional service. We are grand parents visiting Sevierville to visit grand children during the Christmas season. No heat at the VRBO was a big issue. Keep the FAITH, Go with God, Merry Christmas.🎄🎅🙏✝️

We had every short term rental owner’s nightmare when our guests checked in and immediately messaged us that our Nest thermostat was giving an error message and the cabin was hot.

Called Ridge Valley on the recommendation of our realtor and spoke with Tim and Landry who were both incredibly helpful and got me connected with service technician Nate who was polite and prompt and quickly worked to diagnose and fix the problem and get our system running again and our guests cool and comfortable.

We would absolutely use them again and recommend to other rental or personal homeowners.

Excellent work done by a great team! Tim came to my home and quoted a new system, return air, new air run and a mini-split. The price was reasonable. The team that came out to do the work was excellent, they were considerate and did great work.

January 2022 - I'm impressed.
I called their main number and was able to talk with someone and quickly schedule a visit.
Josh came out and did some excellent work.
He quickly figured out the issue and had me up and running immediately. He also made recommendations to prevent future issues.
Good work.
Fast service.
Reasonable prices.

We have called them twice (from two different addresses) both times when our house was hot and both times they got things corrected quickly and way more affordably then we were prepared for.

I called this afternoon and Hannah told me the good news that they had a tech in the area who had just finished the job. We must be living right. He was at our house in 15 minutes. Joey showed us where our system had frozen he got it, falling out and back on trap in just a few minutes for a simple simple service call of under 100 bucks.

They passed all the vibes tests. They clearly operate with a high-level of honesty and integrity. Grateful to have them as a resource.

Ridge Valley is a company I highly recommend . They serviced our 20 year old air conditioner a couple of times but recently went above and beyond to get us a new unit installed. I could not be happier with their service and professionalism. Darren, Brandon and Tim along with a couple of other servicemen were all so friendly, it was a pleasure to have them here. You can’t go wrong with this company, they will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied.

What a great HVAC company! We just had them replace an 18 year old AC system in our house. They gave us a very fair price, delivered on all promises, arrived on time, worked hard and were professional throughout. Ridge Valley Heating and Air sent Daniel Romines out to our home to check our air conditioning problem. He was the most efficient technician we have ever seen. Ridge Valley assured us our warranty is good and they have always stood by their words. Their service is exemplary and having had a husband that kept FedEx planes flying for 37 years, we know good service technicians when we see them. We super highly recommend this company.
