Had another hiccup with my unit, to no fault of theirs, and Harley came back out to check thing's out and got it back up and running!

Fast and reliable service that is often same day. Great people that make things right. I do really wish they would work on the call center system and have a program that saved customer information so you can avoid repeating the same information every time service is needed. Aside from dealing with an off location call center and unknowledgeable phone operators the service is top notch.

Scruggs Heating &Cooling, in our opinion, is the only one to use. We have used them for years. They have helped us out in some very difficult situations with the upmost expertise. We have had a couple occasions to have them out to service our unit, and they responded quickly. They have always been courteous and professional.

Scrugg's has been so helpful with keeping my guests happy. No one likes it when the air conditioner is not working so when they can get there quickly and get things cooling again everyone is happy!! Thanks Scruggs!

Thank you Wesley for you prompt service. Scruggs was called on the weekend for a cooling issue and was out on the job within an hour. I was extremely surprised. Wesley was the technician and was very professional and polite. He had the A/C back up and running soon after and all was good. They will now be my "go to" Heat and Air guys forever. Hands down the best Heating and Cooling company in the whole of Smokies. We had someone else come and they said unit cannot be repaired. Fortunately I texted Ben & team, and when they visited the cabin to provide an estimate to replace, they actually fixed and got the unit to run. Honest, reliable and quick!!!!

Easy scheduling and reasonable service costs in addition to always explaining exactly what they are doing before it’s done. I highly recommend them for heating, standard AC and mini-splits.

I found this company through a Facebook group for cabin owners in the Smokys. I went on their website at 7:45am to book a service call for an A/C unit that wasn’t working properly. Their online booking system is super easy and much to my surprise, there were many same-day appointment slots available. They send you text message updates for every step of the process, which enabled me to communicate accurate expectations with our guests. The technician arrived within 1 hour of my appointment booking and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. Overall fantastic experience! I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs!

He called when he arrived so I could explain the issue in detail and he communicated well throughout the entire service appointment. Our air went out on Monday evening. Reached out to Benjamin, and Wes came out first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, our heat pump required replacement, but the whole process was over by Thursday morning. They worked quickly and efficiently, and seemed knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend this company. I’ll be using them again!

Harley, Wes and Ben did terrific job installing new Air Cond/heat pump system. Very easy to work with.

Very honest company. Great technician. He saved us literally thousands of dollars by actually looking at the unit and fixing one part that was broken. One major company told us we needed a whole new system. The cold air is blowing now with our same unit and we will use Scruggs from now on exclusively for our heating and air needs.
