One Way Air was amazing. Our old ac unit needed to completely replaced and they not only price matched a lower quote we had received from a different company but they also came out the same day to install it. The technicians were very polite and professional and the people working at the office were always super nice when I called them. They were extremely efficient and really made us feel like we were appreciated as customers!

There are thousands of AC contractors, but One-way-air is the best for pricing, customer service and quality techs. I hired them recently, as well as our neighbors and we were very pleased! We would highly recommend this company!

October 2025: I had another great experience with One Way Air! I needed my HVAC replaced (different property than mentioned below) and Greg provided a very fair price. I had a situation where I needed my old HVAC unit removed to access my sewer line before guests were checking into a cabin in a few days. Without any questions he got me on the schedule for 7 AM the next morning to get my old HVAC pulled so the plumbers could start digging. Greg and his crew then arrived the following day to install the new system and worked until the evening making sure my HVAC system was installed. Excellent communication throughout the process and Greg also went above and beyond to install the thermostat I wanted. Thank you Greg and One Way Air for coming through again for me! I will continue to be a repeat customer.

July 2025: My entire experience with One Way Air was phenomenal. I tried calling multiple HVAC companies and all were having too much trouble getting me on the schedule for that day. Out of state owner and our guests at cabin were miserable as it was 82 degrees inside. Thankfully the guy at the office was able to get us on the schedule within 2 hours. Roger came out and diagnosed the problem and was going to fix it that day but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. Thankfully he said he would come back first thing the next morning and make sure he got it fixed after getting some more supplies. Arrived and fixed it as promised. Will be coming back to them again next time....thanks so much!
