Appreciate Bohanan technician Eric coming to add coolant to my home AC. I have always had great service from this company.

I highly recommend this business!! We had an issue where the ac went out on one of the hottest days. I called and was able to talk to someone. The lady that took the call was extremely nice and accommodating. Gave me some time slots for that day and the next, so I was able to work around my schedule. Got a tech scheduled and they were on time. They were able to get it back up and running. They had to order a part for a board that had gone out. They got it in and came back and fixed it. I am super satisfied with their work quality and service provided.

I have not had any work done by these guys but I had a very pleasant interaction with them. I'm a 78 year old disabled vet and I had some heavy things to put into my truck at a local business. Two of these guys were walking by and they grabbed the items and put loaded them for me. Nice folks for sure!! I watched them get into a Bohanan' s truck.

Good experience with Bohanan. They spoke to me after hours via text and then sent out a technician first thing in the morning. He was very professional, kind, and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend them.

My air conditioner stopped working last night. They were out today before my house could heat up too badly. The gentleman who fixed my issue was professional and identified the problem quickly. Their services are reasonably priced. I would recommend using them.

I hired Bohanan Heating & Air, Inc to install a new air conditioning system, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The work was sloppy, poorly planned, and ultimately unusable. I had to bring in a second, reputable company to assess the situation, and they were shocked at the condition of the install — multiple errors, code violations, and shortcuts that should never have passed inspection.

The new company had to completely redo the job from scratch, which cost me more time, stress, and money. It’s frustrating and disappointing to pay for a service only to have it redone properly by someone else. I wouldn’t recommend Bohanan Heating & Air, Inc to anyone looking for quality or professionalism. This was an expensive lesson I hope others can avoid.

This company hires some of the most amazing people. We had four of their employees at my mom‘s house fixing my mom‘s furnace. My five-year-old was concerned that grandma was home by herself and there was an odd truck there so we walked over to my mom‘s and she said to one of the guys hey what are you doing? They let her get right there with them. They were amazing. They tried explaining to digital five-year-old what they were doing these guys were beyond amazing. Johanna’s always goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever asked them to do, but this was especially above and beyond.
