GREG & THOMAS were AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond! I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with them & OneWayAir. Our home AC completely went down on Thursday at 4pm due to its old age. We didn’t know who to call, so i contacted OneWayAir due to their 5-star reviews. Greg showed up that evening and troubleshooted and found all the issues with our system. He was Honest, professional and showed us all the issues that caused our Ac to go down. Greg was very transparent and gave us all the prices of each component that needed to be replaced in the old system along with pricing on a new system. Due to our home unit being so old we decided to go with the brand new system. GREG & THOMAS came back the very next day on Friday and spent all day installing the New Ac unit which came with a 10 year warranty and some other preventative maintenance services included. GREG & THOMAS were so Professional, friendly, down to earth guys that explained everything they were doing during the installation and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OneWayAir along with Greg & Thomas to everyone.

Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options cheaper than the competition. Super friendly service and I decided to go with them for my AC unit replacement. Very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Milan who were so accommodating when my air handler failed. They walked me through all of my options and full system replacement within just two days of calling them. Very grateful for their support and happy to have a warm house. Service from Drew was great! Quick response to my home to diagnose a problem. Drew was professional and honest. I recommend this company if you’re having trouble with your AC unit. Same day service and they explain what was wrong and best way to deal with it.

Was an excellent tech, very friendly and was from the same area of Florida I came from. Felt like being at home! He did a great job and quickly got my heat working again. My hairless cats are great Gul for him too I can tell.

Greg came out to our home to assess no heat in the middle of the snow storm on January 31st. We were unable to get anyone to come out but one way air. We really appreciated him checking out our system and although he was unable to fix the issue was able to give us some advice on how to get it repaired quickly, which it was done on the same day by the original installer We would recommend one way air and Greg for service anytime.

The service technician from One Way Air is very knowledgeable and professional. I had purchased a new unit about 3 years ago and the heating system never heated the house very well. The technician diagnosed the heater coils were failing and was able to replace the parts under warranty. The unit has never worked better. Thank you, One Way Air!
