This company installed my HVAC wrong and they will NOT return my calls. This company is cheaper than many others but, I guess, you get what you pay for. If I would’ve known then what I know now, I would’ve paid triple and hired someone else. We’ve lost so much rental income on our nightly rental cabin due to improper functioning of our NEW unit! Please don’t waste your money like we did.

The technician was very prompt in getting to my rental property (when I had guests there), analyzing the problem, getting the part, and making repairs on my heatpump. However, his total quote was $100.00 off because his original quote included the cost of the part and labor, When I got the bill he appologized that he misquoted the cost of the part as the final cost of the job but did not include his labor.
I've used Scruggs Heating and Cooling for over 10 years and they will be the first ones I call again in the future.
