We just recently had an issue with our furnace and decided to give Ridge Valley a call. I have an unusual work schedule, they were very accommodating and understanding.

The Technician that came out (Joey) was knowledgeably and answered all my questions, and even gave me advice as how to keep my system up and running better.

If I ever need anything else done I will definitely be calling Ridge Valley and hopefully get Joey again. Thanks again

Ridge Valley installed a complete unit (outside and attic). The men who installed were very professional. After the work was completed, a thorough cleanup of all trash was desposed in a timely manner.
The unit has satisfied us completely. Very, very cool in our home.

We had used other Heat & Air companies but it wasn’t until we used Ridge Valley that we received absolutely amazing service. Jeremy (the technician) called before he arrived, got here in record time, diagnosed our problem and did a temporary fix so that we had heat during the cold snap in February. He was here more than once and always was respectful and professional…never annoyed that we needed his help…again. We ended up needing a whole new heating system and that proved to be a flawless experience as well. We have been extremely happy and blessed with the excellent service that we have received with Ridge Valley Heating and Air! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We recently had our heating and air unit replaced by Ridge Valley. I can't say enough good things about the team. They were very professional the guys were friendly and happy to explain everything to us.
When they were finished everything was cleaned up.

Called requesting info about new A/C and poss new heater. Call was promptly and appointment set. Tim arrived on time, checked my needs, discussed options, and left. When I decided what I wanted I called River Valley. Tim returned my call promptly and notified me of my installation schedule. Team arrived on time, installed my new HVAC. Tim checked in during the final minutes to assure me all was as should be. ALL employees were nice, knowledgeable, polite. This is the first service company that didn’t start the conversation with “I can’t…” River Valley did everything I asked and am very happy with their service and staff! I would recommend them to anyone Thanks for a job well done!

His approachable and conversational style created a sense of trust and familiarity, ensuring that I felt valued and informed about my system’s well-being. Unlike other technicians who rush through tasks, Daniel took the time to teach me how to better care for my system. He made me feel like a friend or family member, not just a customer.

5 STARS. They didn't even ask for a review but when I see this kind of excellence and honesty in an HVAC company I feel the need to share it. Thankfully, they were recommended by my contractor when my 30-year-old system was on it's death bed....and he was right about Ridge Valley. They show up when they say they will, they do top-notch quality work, and they won't rip you off; in fact, their cost was very reasonable. Professional, yet personable - these guys are amazing.

Our heat stopped working on Monday of this week, and Nate from Ridge Valley Heat & Air came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as a leaking indoor evaporator coil on our heat pump. He said the part would have to be ordered, and he wasn’t sure how long it would take to get one. Our forecast called for frigid temps with lows in the teens starting on Sunday, so we were very worried about not having heat during that period. Great news…Nate was back on Friday, installed the part and got our heat working again!! He was great, very professional and so nice! Their dispatch office was super-friendly too. Had an issue with my AC unit going out on Sunday (Father’s Day), and I woke up to a very hot house. Called my man Garrett at 7:30 in the morning and he called me back by 8 with a time that he could come take a look. He had me up and running by noon!! Keep in mind this is on Father’s Day on a Sunday! Just absolutely exceptional service from this company and especially Garrett! If you are looking for a good and reliable company for your heating and air needs then look no further. I would recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely phenomenal!

Called Ridge Valley because our AC quit working. They were highly recommended by a coworker. Technician was sent out next morning. Was expecting the worst, but Joey got our AC running again! Customer service was great and price was fair. Thank you all for being honest, and not just trying to sell us a new unit!

Fantastic experience! They were able to get us in next day for our leaking mini split. The tech did a great job and truly went above and beyond to get us fixed up! The issue was resolved and we have had no further issues! Any future air or heating needs we will go with Ridge Valley!

This review is long overdue..was extremely happy with the service from Ridge Valley. All started last summer when I requested some estimates for installation of mini split system for my home where I grew up and now own. When Tim Rochester came to my home I knew almost immediately I would select this company and his services. Not only did he work up a thorough estimate, he sat down with me at the kitchen table and walked me through the process, answering my questions, suggesting finance options, and going over the products from Mitsubishi heat and air of which he is very knowledgeable and a licensed dealer. Even complimented my home. He was the only one of 3 contractors to get back to me with an estimate in a timely manner. Due to some personal life circumstances, I was not able to schedule the project right away, but Tim was in touch with me over the course of several months as I worked out the details. He always returned calls promptly. When the installation took place, Brandon & team did a wonderful job setting up the mini split system and familiarizing me with it. They even worked through the rain on a February day. I'm very satisfied with the system, kept my home very warm for the remainder of the winter and I am looking forward to more efficient cooling this summer. Was replacing an old wall heat system so I have more peace of mind about the safety and efficiency in my home. Thank you Ridge Valley!

13 years ago, Ridge Valley Heat & Air installed an Amana split system at our rental cabin. We’ve had pretty good luck with it but decided it was time to update it before we had issues. Brandon, Britton and Zach were great installers. In a 5 hour window between guests they removed/installed the HVAC system for both floors and left everything very tidy—15 minutes before the guests arrived. My hat’s off to them—it wasn’t an easy job in 95 degree heat and high humidity. Thank you for a job well done.

In my book, I can tell the iNTREGRITY of a company by the work they do and the team members that work for them. I live in Florida and own an HVAC company in Orlando. My elderly Parents live in servierville. They called Ridge Valley Heat & Air because they thought they had a problem. Ridge Valley was out in a couple hours on a Saturday which was fast. The tech Ryan Getz was 100% honest and showed great care and patience helping my Parents. I spoke to him on the phone and he went over everything and didnt try to BS me on anything ( Im a contractor myself so I would of known). Turns out there wasnt anything wrong with the unit, it was an error on my parents side. This company has INTREGRITY. They will be honest and not try to sell you things you dont need. Ryan Getz is a keeper and Ridge valley should be extremely happy they have a team member representing them as well as he does. Congrats to the whole team at Ridge Valley. You've done well.

No way u want to go with this company. We bought a cabin that ridge valley put a Mitsubishi AC in there he charged the owner $17,969 and there was no way it could handle the heat we froze our Thermostat didn’t get above 55° and below degree winter. I talked to every AC company and they said that the equipment was too small. So I called the owner of Ridge Valley. He said you just need to replace it. I said it’s a new AC that just got spent $18,000 on it and you’re telling me just replace it. He also Jimmy up the duct work And I’m gonna Tell you working with this owner, he has to be the dumbest person I’ve ever met in any business. He is a mom and pop shop out of his house, charging like big boys. Do not go with him. You will make The biggest mistake.

I really can’t put into words how much I recommend this company. It’s so incredibly difficult to find a good contractor in any trade. I read the reviews on a lot of companies and all seemed pretty good. But something lead me to call Ridge Valley and I am so grateful that I did. Incredibly professional, from the first person who picked up the phone to the guys that installed my new unit. They had me 3 different estimates on a job in 2 days and a new unit installed within 2 weeks of me ordering it! If in doubt, trust this company.
