I highly recommend Mountain Heat & Air in Sevierville for any of your HVAC needs. They have been servicing all of our cabins for more than 5 years. They are reasonable, honest, will help on a holiday, will help even though they did not install. Next new unit I would not call anyone but them. The only reason I went with another company was because it was a new build and I needed an electrician too for the whole house. I will never do that again.

Our HVAC system needed replaced. LB Chase was recommended by a couple of neighbors who had used their services. From the sales call and proposal by Devon, to the day of installation, everything went smoothly. The installation crew was really exceptional! They arrived on time and did their job very professionally. A very courteous group of gentlemen! I would highly recommend LB Chase for all of your HVAC needs.

We recently had to get a new unit for our home and decided to have a split unit put in our detached garage. We decided to go with LB Chase. Jay Gossett is very quick in his responses, even on weekends. The crew showed up to our house and installed our main unit in about half a day and left everything very neat and clean. They started the split installation that same day and then came back the second day to finish it as it did not have heat and air to it before so it was a bit more work to get both mini splits in there. We are very happy with our unit and the job that was done.

Had another great experience withLBChase today . They replaced our 24 year old heat pump and outside equipment. Here right on time, efficient, very respectful of our home . Our upstairs is already cooled to a comfortable temp. We have used LB Chase since our home was built and have always had a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

We just had our first maintenance service and as a former Pioneer customer we can’t say enough good things about this company. Our tech Daniel was very knowledgeable and probably saved our skin by discovering a capacitor that was on it last leg. So long Pioneer. Hello P B Chase.

Zack Arrived early, after calling first, and was thorough and polite. Asked if we had and special issues or questions. Everything was great but that is always the case With LB Chase!!

Cody came out because my heater was only heating the house up to 55 degrees when it was 20 degrees outside. He came out the very same day we called and was done within 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and kind! Even had to work on his day off and was glad to do it! Definitely will be using them again in the future! Thank you so very much Cody and LB Chase for making sure my family will be warm this winter!

Our unit went out and they put our new unit in in two days as promised. They are outstanding.

Pros: Empathetic to needs and wants to help if your cooling system is not able to function by supplying lower cost rental units.

Cons: If they fail to diagnose your issue correctly, they will charge you for the work, even if you repair the unit yourself.

Lb chase just finished a replacement at my house. They did a brillent job updating the system. Highly recommended.

The coldest days of the year and our old electric furnace died. They installed a new gas furnace in a week, and it works great. They were prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They would have installed it earlier except for a holiday. Very pleased.

Aaron Lee did our maintenance today. He was incredibly thorough. We would love to have him work on all of our properties.

Arrived promptly, very professional and polite. New installation in less than 4 hours including the cleanup after. Highly recommend this company and will continue to us them for follow-up maintenance.

I’m not easily impressed, but the crew that installed my unit was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do a great job. The attention to detail and quality of work was very surprising in this day and age. I had several contractors quote replacements when my 25 year old gas pack heat and air unit died. The company wasn’t the cheapest but were on the low end for a highly rated brand, and the quote also included many improvements no one else thought to even mention. They brought portable units to hold us over the week we waited for replacement. They fixed problems I didn’t know I had and the difference was like night and day. Highly recommend these folks. Professional and courteous!

If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! Kody was amazing from start to finish. We had an emergency and he responded quickly, came fully prepared, and was incredibly professional. The pricing was very fair—especially for a last-minute call.

Even though the full repair couldn’t be completed today due to timing and the nature of the issue, Kody still made sure we were taken care of. He got everything running well enough to keep us comfortable until they can come back in the next day or two to finish the job.

What really stood out was how he took the time to explain everything clearly—what was wrong, what was needed, and what to expect next. He was honest, respectful, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and left us feeling confident and cared for.

It is so rare in today's world that you find an efficient, professional and customer caring repair company. So glad I called LB Chase! My renters have 2 infant children and their bedrooms were at 80 degrees Friday afternoon. I called LB and scheduled an appointment for first available on Saturday afternoon. Hours later, at 5:00pm, I got a call from Cody stating he lives near our rental and would be there in a half hour. This time they installed a new electric panel at my mom’s house and did a very good job. I recommend them based on my experiences.

I had an issue with my unit and needed someone to come out immediately. We run an airbnb property so we needed to get it fixed for our guests. Devin came out the same day I called (on a Friday) and the team was there on Monday morning to install a new unit right before my guests came in. I called at least 5 companies and LB Chase Mechanical was the fastest to respond, provide a quote, and install a new unit. They did an awesome job and helped my business. I would highly recommend.
