From scheduling to completion everything went smoothly The new AC unit works great and the house feels comfortable again.

First off I love The team at Jack Frost! Whether you have Don or Tyler come out they are gonna turn a bad situation into a good Experience. During the two day cold snap I came home to my house being 59° after work. I called and they put me on the list immediately. When Don came out, he got right To work. explained exactly what was going on with our unit.Had it up and running Properly in about 10 minutes. We were so grateful and thankful to Don taking the time to come out after what I am sure was an extremely busy two days. I continue to tell everyone about Jack Frost I would not use anyone else. They truly have a customer‘s best interest at heart. You just don’t find customer service Like that anymore! Thank you, Don!! We truly appreciate you!!

Excellent service. A/C went out early morning and they had a technician there by 9:00. Our technician Don was excellent and answered any and all questions I had. Took plenty of time to go over any concerns or issues we were having and felt like he was more than willing to take the time necessary to address all of our issues. Would highly recommend. Great company and great customer service.

Don Horenzi is great! The guy is meticulous as they come. I’ve never seen a guy dog the details like this guy does. I mean to tell you if it’s broke, by God, he’s gonna find it and fix it. I would recommend this guy to anyone! He’s a really nice guy too. Funny, friendly, but also he keeps it professional. Five out of five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our ac wasnt working properly last night. My husband called early morning and was scheduled same day. Don took care of our ac and answered questions . He took his time and gave us good advice. Absolutely the best! We will definitely use Jack Frost for future services. Thank you again!

I called them last night and told them that my AC is not putting out much cold air. They was able to get me on schedule the next day. Tyler showed up the next morning to check the unit out. He called me to let me know the condenser and evaporator coil are very dirty. He spent about two and a half hours working on it and call me after he got finished to let me know it's producing cold air again. They did an awesome job and I'm very happy with the results.

Y’all I got home from work at 5:10 and walked into my house and it was 83 degrees!! 🥵 within 10 min I had confirmation that Don at Jack Frost would be able to come out TONIGHT!!! It is now 7:03 and my CAPACITOR has been replaced and I have COLD A/C again!!! That is exceptional service!!!! I’ve never been disappointed with them and have used them for 15 years now!!!

Tyler was very professional and friendly. Jack Frost was able to schedule me for the next day when my hvac suddenly stopped blowing cold air with 90 degree temperatures. He didn’t try to upsell us but also made us aware of any potential additional issues that may come up in the future if the initial find wasn’t the only problem. I felt my technician went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would trust Tyler and Jack Frost with my business again!

Don the technician was great. They got here an hour after we called 7:30pm. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Jack Frost has a customer for life!!!! Thank you all

The office was very polite and got me scheduled within the same week that I called. The tech Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the texts before letting me know who the tech was and that they were on the way. The annual maintenance seems like a great deal and appreciate all the helpful tips.
