After having service, damage to a ceiling revealed the venting was not connected correctly. After repeated phone calls/visits. We called different company. As the staff would not take responsibility.

Bruce and John came highly recommended from my dryer repair technician. Two dryer techs had been to our laundry room to replace the heating element in the dryers. The last tech found that the elements was burning out because of over-use. We were running the dryers over an hour to get our clothes dry. It was all due to a clogged dryer vent duct. The guys who cleaned our chimney did "attempt" to clean the dryer vent, but we found out that them using the drill with the brush on the end had compacted it and disconnected the vent behind the wall!
I would ONLY recommend All About Dryer Vents for anything at all to do with your dryer vent or duct. They were professional, on time and thoroughly explained their process and the reasoning behind it. 5 Stars!!!

Excellent service. Our wash tower is too heavy for me to move and the vent pipe to the outside dryer vent was disintegrating Tom came out in a few days, moved the unit and replaced it with a high quality aluminum ent. His cost was very reasonable and he is a genuinely ice guy.

Incredibly professional and helpful! I have been living in an older house and haven't been able to use my fireplace due to multiple issues, but about a month ago I called chimney titans and they fixed everything! I feel completely safe using my fireplace now and cant wait to sit by cozy fires this winter!!
