Right now I would not even give them 1 star. He damaged a 2 year old unit that was still under warranty. Charged us for the party's that were still under warranty by the manufacturer. Hot wired a ac only to blow the motor. 5 months later we have no ac unit again and was told by another professional that the damage was caused by the previous technician that serviced the unit.

Tony is friendly and very knowledgeable, He came out found the problem, I guess 20 yrs. for a heat pump is good, told me what the price would be for a new unit, when he could install it and followed through as promised, They were at my house on time and left no mess when they were done, I am very happy with their work and price, and would recommend them to anyone.

Tony with this company is absolutely honest and straightforward person. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for my company. We hired him to do a job for us, and he was accidentally overpaid by almost $1,700. When i spoke with him, he was extremely quick in getting those accidental funds back to us. This could have turned out very badly for us, however because he is the person he is, he did the right thing and made it right with us. If we ever have any work in or around his area, he will be the first person we call! Thank you again Tony!

ID GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD! After being ripped off by a different contractor this week already, I was not happy when my AC unit stopped working and I had to call another repair man. Especially in a 5 year old home! HOWEVER, from the phone call to the SAME DAY SERVICE, these guys were AMAZING!! They were literally at my house within maybe 2 hours of my phone call. Jerry was extremely nice and he and his trainee let me follow them around and even explained everything they were doing and taught me a little about my system. They found the problem and had it fixed within an hour!! The price was very fair, especially for the timeframe! Thank you thank you thank you for a great experience!! After having such a bad one with a different contractor, it was so relieving to get my home in working order without being ripped off. Thank you for being so knowledgeable, fast, and mostly for being affordable!!! I will recommend you all to everyone I know and appreciate you so much!

Gary Neilson is outstanding . I trust him fully to give me prompt and honest service. He has maintained my mother’s HVAC for over 30 years, installed new systems at two houses, and performed maintenance and repairs on my heat pumps and my furnace. I recommend him for any job.

Gary has installed and been taking care of our heat pumps for over 30 years. When my aging heat pump went out on a cold day winter before last, he had a new heat pump installed before the end of the day. He provides spring and fall maintenance services which extends the life and reliability of my heat pumps. His rates are very reasonable and I highly recommend this business.

Came out on time, assessed the issues,gave me my quote, explained their maintenance plan with no pressure to purchase which I actually ended up getting becuase it was a really good deal, took care of all the issues and was done within the hour with no messes left. I was happy we found Air Serv!

I wish I could give this company more than five stars. They sent someone out right away and they fixed our furnace.
But what really touched me was their personal thoughtfulness. When I went to book the appointment, I was coughing really bad due to walking pneumonia. I apologized because I know it was hard to understand me with all that coughing. Two days later, I received a get well card with a very kind message from Des Hamel. It really lifted up my spirits and I am just so grateful for their kindness. It’s personal touches like this that show me they are a company that cares. The team that came to my house were on time , showed their badges , used the shoe covers as not to spread germs or dirt, they took care of our issues and were very polite and respectable ! I couldn’t ask for any better people to do a job that was very well done! I will call them if I have any more issues!

Been using them for years. Quick response today to repair my system. He found contact in heat pump bad and repairman had parts on hand for a quick repair.

Air Serv (located in Seymour) has done 3 jobs for 3 different family members this year since late June. First was my Aunts house. Lucas came out (Lucas listens carefully to your needs and addresses everything you need to know about the work to be done), gave his estimate and the technicians came in a matter of 2 or 3 days to install a new unit in her house. They were extremely professional, polite and efficient! It’s been several months and my Aunt could not be happier.
Next, Lucas gave my brother-in-law an estimate to replace his unit in his trailer. Technicians came out in just a matter of days to install. Same as with my Aunt, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable! Apparently install on a trailer is quite different from a house and they had to do some modifications on site . They did a professional and excellent job. My brother-in-law is very happy with all their work.
And now Lucas gave a recommendation for another elderly lady on hospice for another trailer. Lucas gave his recommendations, and helped her find assistance with the install. Which will be done in a few days!
I’m sorry I can’t give more than 5 stars because these folks are amazing and the real deal! There is no job too big or too small. It will be done with absolute professionalism! They stand behind their work too! You couldn’t ask for more from a heat and air company.

We just had our heat pump repaired by Daniel Toon of Aire Serv of Sevierville. We have used Aire Serv several times over the years. They are always prompt in arriving and their Service Technicians are very knowledgeable. They always check out the unit thoroughly while here, they all seem to be very trustworthy and are excellent in explaining everything. I can highly recommend them to others.

Ryan has repaired several issues with our HVAC unit. He always lets us know when he will arrive, works diligently and leaves the area clean. Highly recommend Ryan.

I have used Aire Serv for 7 years and have always been satisfied. I never had an issue with my HVAC….until yesterday when it stopped working and we are in the middle of a heat wave. I was able to get an emergency appt for less than 24 hours after I called. The service tech, Daniel, was ahead of schedule and called to ask if ok to come earlier - yessss!! He came, listened to what we did to troubleshoot and that gave him a head start. He found the problem in less than 10 mins - explained everything he was doing and the “why” behind it. Super nice guy! He also checked the refrigerant and added more bc we were low. He stayed to make sure the temp and humidity were dropping before leaving. I am so thankful we use Aire Serv - highly recommend them!

The service was so good it was amazing. The service tech took his time to analyze what the problem was and corrected it ending three days of temperatures of over 85 degrees for three straight nights.

Reps are terrific. Daniel Toon arrived on time and did a great job. I have expressed my concerns to the company about constantly trying to upsell. At times I feel that I am paying a fee so that they can try to sell additional services. Toon understood my concern and didn’t push hard on any additional services, which I appreciated.

This team is great, they are very accommodating and go above and beyond to serve you and take care of you. Very great people.
