Daniel was our tech. He did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took good care of our system and made honest, sensible recommendations to prolong the life of our unit. We will request him in the future.

The honesty from Paul was very impressive. Another company did a Free check up, and told me my unit need replacement ASAP. So the night my air wouldn't come on frightened me. Paul confirmed the unit was older and had not been maintained properly. Note I have only owned the home for 4 years. However, he reassured me that if we give i a little TLC that it still had life in it and was not a should have been competed yesterday item. I truly appreciate when company's don't take advantage of people just for another sale.

Daniel came to our home and didn't leave until he had the problem solved! We are so appreciative of his professionalism and hard work. I would highly recommend him and Aire Serv for your a/c needs.

I just want to thank the manager and owner of the Seymour office for their kindness in helping me get my heat working. They were so kind. Also the tech that did the work stayed I know was way longer than his normal work hours to make sure I had heat. They all are angels in my book and I am truly grateful for their help. I hope one day to pay them back by paying it forward to someone else in need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Problem with the return ductwork. Fixed it in about hour. Tech was very professional and did a great work replacing it.

I scheduled an appointment early this morning online and now its3:15 p.m. and no one has showed up to fix our furnace. Been without heat for 24 hours.

The "licensed technician" tony hooked the wrong board on my unit. For my nordyne blower unit system almost burned my house down with my family inside. Then lied about 2 burnt wires on my outside unit. This company is a joke. An wanted me to pay 2 different 90$ service calls an charged 200$ to hook a new board up. An charged 150$ for a new board an it all burnt up because they did not hook the right board up. I called the supervisor the legit awesome man said call his lawyer great company huh. Charge charge charge money. Thanks Tony the AC tech. They would not reimburse no money or nothing. This is sad. I've had to call another company. And there was no wires burnt on my outside unit like they said. Think about your family before you use aire serve

They came out on a Sunday evening and fixed my unit.great service.jessie took care of it quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I had to replace our HVAC. We called Aire Serv because they are local to us. They came and installed our system in no time. The techs were great. The thermostat that was installed was just too much for us so we asked for a simple one and the next day they came out and installed one. Then it seemed like the air handler was running way too much. We called and they had a tech out here to check it out. To make a long story short these guys are the best. I didn’t think about the fact that systems change over the years, but they just kept coming out without complaint and fixed everything. Super nice techs.

Samantha was a God send. She went straight to work, checked what needed to be done and let me know how much it was going to cost. Was quick at getting her job done and very efficient. Was very impressed by her and her job.

We are a new customer and are part of the AP Service Plan for multiple units, and Daniel Toon was our technician and was fantastic! Showed up early, did a thorough inspection of all units, explain necessary repairs and recommendations and was extremely polite and courteous to my tenants. Highly recommended and impressed with his service.

Our air stopped cooling Sept. 30 afternoon and I called AireServ and the technician was at our home within the hour and fixed our unit. We were very pleased and on the road to cool again!

Excellent company! Called them same day after being stood up by another company and they came over in less than 2hrs! Danny was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed our air conditioning problem right away. We are definitely signing up with thei yearly maintenance plan. Great people!

Tony Taylor serviced and cleaned my HVAC system, and took care of a small repair. He was very informative, answered all my questions and concerns. Tony did the job throughly, but also quickly. I called, and he was able to do the job the very next day, and was able to show up early. He explained the service plan without pressure, and I think it would be a good idea and save money in the future. Tony was very respectful of my home, the work, and was very friendly. Also, Nikki, that does the scheduling was very nice on the phone as well. I feel relieved with the work Tony did to my HVAC system, and thank him.

The technician was nice and is the only reason I gave a two star review instead of a one. Once he left and we paid the bill with a credit card.. we checked the price of the part … 379.00. They did wave the. Diagnostic.. the part can be purchased for about 20.00 to 30.00 dollars.
Unit still did not work properly so we made another appointment before we realized how we had been price gouged. We canceled the appointment and asked for management to give us a call … they never called. I do not recommend this company. I do see a lot of great reviews.. I hope they were not charged/price gouged like we were.
We have another company coming to help us.
I seldom write a negative review but this experience was unbelievable.

Provided great breakdowns of product to fit my requirements and met pricing expectations which was competitive with other vendors. Installation was professional and communication and scheduling was excellent. Very happy with purchase and the total sales experience.
