Tony is hands down the best! He always done quality work, never needs a second trip, and is always happy to explain everything in detail about why things are being done. I feel this is uncommon in HVAC as they are always trying to upsell you about why you need a new unit instead of fixing the root issue. I would not use anyone else, period. Tony is the only person I'd trust to work on our AC.

My septic system was backed up. After calling Ambient Services and requesting a septic tank clean out, Joe and Richard came within two hours. They found an obstruction in the baffle of the tank, cleared it and emptied the septic tank quickly and professionally. They gave me advice on ways to maintain the health of my system and were top-notch technicians! I absolutely recommend them! As Joe pointed out, Ambient Services Inc are experts at plumbing, HVAC, electrical and will surely be the company I will call for future maintenance and services. Thank you again Joe and Richard!

Absolutely Phenomenal Service - Lifesavers for My Short-Term Rental!

I can't say enough great things about Ambient HVAC Services - they were absolutely phenomenal! I had an urgent issue with two HVAC systems at my short-term rental cabin, right when guests were staying there. It could've been a complete disaster, but Ambient came through like true professionals and saved the day.

Joe and Richard did a great job for our septic needs! They came out early, finished quickly, and answered all our questions. We had no issues and will use them again for future work.

Ambient Services provided both fall and spring HVAC preventative care to our Carrier residential system. On both occasions, John was the technician. We were very impressed with John, his attention to detail and the thoroughness of his work. John clearly explained the work he was performing. In comparison to our previous HVAC service company, John completed many additional checks and pm’s.

We spoke with Lisa in the office today about continuing with our service plan in the fall. We also discussed service to our gas fireplace. Lisa was very helpful in not only adding us to the schedule but offering helpful tips on our fireplace.
