We were so pleased with your services we will always use you again. My mother is already scheduled going to have her septic serviced this coming week because I was treated so well. Joe and Josh came out to locate our septic system at our cabin in Sevierville. We only had an approximate of where it could be based on Health Dept. drawings. They probed all the possible areas with no luck. They returned the next day with camera to run through system to locate tank. Tank was located in another area of yard and deeper then expected. Joe and Josh were very professional, friendly and enjoyable to be around. Price was VERY reasonable.
Will definitely use this Company again.

I was having an issue with my septic pump. I called and they were able to come out the next day. Josh and Joe were so knowledgeable and helpful. I needed people who understood septic and electric since the pump was giving us problems and after calling other septic people they were the first ones who could help me. Josh and Joe were so helpful and nice and I would definitely recommend them!

Joe and Josh were awesome! My septic is waaaay down the hill, and had been damaged by bears. These guys showed up, fixed the damage and pumped the tank in no time. Big thanks fellas!

Jason replaced an outside faucet & he did so with efficiency. The replacement required he cut an access hole in the wall inside the house, he did so with precision & installed an access door. I also appreciated how quickly Ambient was able to schedule the work.

I've worked with the Ambient team for a couple of years, and I can definitely recommend them. They have serviced my HVAC units and helped me with several plumbing issues. Recently, Joe has been an excellent resource and service partner with septic tank issues -- Joe is great to work with, answers questions patiently, follows up when he says he will, and handles things with care. On the day I had my new septic pump installed, Joe and Josh were my technicians, and they showed up promptly, communicated extremely well, and delivered the results! I'm so thankful for how much care Ambient showed with helping me through a stressful issue, including Mark the GM. Also, I always love working with Lisa and Sarah over the phone. It's so nice to know there is always someone friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the other end of the phone. Finally, they show up for me every time, regular and after-hours, which makes Ambient an invaluable partner!

Ambient was awesome. I called for service regarding an hvac issue. They responded quickly and had the problem solved and fixed by the very next day. To top it off, they knew I had renters coming and even cleaned up the floor from a mess from a previous vendor. Now that's service! Will be using again.

Lisa and Michael were awesome! I called late in the day and Michael drove quite a distance to check the HVAC that had stopped cooling. Lisa stayed in constant contact with me throughout the evening, keeping me informed as to what Michael had found. Their "same day" service was appreciated and they were very professional throughout. My Septic tank was full and clogged. Joe showed up to analyze my Septic tank. He was professional and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I only had a guess where my Septic was located. With Joe's knowledge he hit the lid his first probe. He dug by hand down to the lid . The lid was a bit stubborn, but he didn't give up. I would recommend Joe with Ambient without hesitation. Very professional.

Joe from the septic team came by, identified the issues, inspected my septic tank, and walked me through a reasonable game plan, including what he recommended and what was needed.

During a recent septic tank emergency late in the day, Lisa, Joe, and Jason were extremely quick to the rescue. They were all knowledgable and professional, and cared about helping us as quickly as possible. They had our home operational within a couple of hours, then returned with the truck early the next morning to finish. We're very grateful!
