Absolutely love Stacey and Chad. They are the greatest. Always on time and they doing amazing quality work. They don't stop until they figure the problem out and get it fixed. This is the only HVAC company I would recommend.

Chad and Stacey came out after my heat went out and another company failed to repair it. They were super nice and knowledgeable, took the time to explain what the issue was, and made me feel empowered by the knowledge they shared! Would not hesitate to refer anyone else there and I don't see why I would ever consider going with anyone else. They're OUTSTANDING!

Chad and Stacey were quick to respond and very friendly. They were thorough and knowledgeable in their work. Chad took the time to explain how and why he was doing/checking something, which I appreciated. They were very well priced and will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Our AC died early that morning and I said to my wife we better call The Avengers but they were busy with some intergalactic ordeal so we remembered Captain Comfort and couldn’t be happier.
For starters they were extremely busy but managed to work in a spot in their day to come by and help us before I melted.
They also didn’t try and sell us on any issue that wasn’t there, it was actually a very simple fix and they were done with a matter of minutes. I appreciated the honesty.
Thanks to Captain Comfort I didn’t wilt away, and in all seriousness the AC worked even better then it has in years, I actually had to wear a sweatshirt the rest of the evening.

I can not say enough good about Captain Comfort! They were very responsive, had me try several things before they came out, and when we determined there was a real issue, they came out the same day. They were honest, and explained the issue, and repair. Very reasonable pricing! Even followed up the next day to make sure we were good to go! More people/companies need to follow their business practices! Ty ty ty Captain Comfort!

We went with @Captain Comfort Heating and Air to give my 87 year old mom some much needed cool air. I could not be more happy. First they are veteran owned. I mean, patriotic VETERAN owned. They came out and saw what must have looked like an impossible situation, with a 30 year old unit, and a furnace connection that was basically pieced together. They spent a good deal of time, even working almost to the wee hours to make sure my mom had air. What I loved most, was the pride they took in their work and how nit picky they were about every little thing. I will never use anyone else again. They beat the price I was quoted and even did more for it. Left everything looking neat, and are just genuine nice people.

Our cabin's AC was not cooling in a hot summer day, we call them on Sunday late afternoon and Stacey texted us back right away to obtain all the info she needs. They arrived at noon the next day and it turns out to be a small issue that requires no parts to fix (but the other company wanted us to spend over $1000 to replace a part that is not broken!). I am so glad that I called them to get a second opinion and they resolved the problem within 30 mins. They are very experienced, honest and the charge is reasonable; I highly recommend them.

Stacey & Chad are AMAZING! Seriously quality people who provide an equally quality service. As a new homeowner in a city and state where I didn't have any family or old friends, they walked me through my HVAC needs in a way that I could understand them. I explained my budget and my priorities and never felt any pressure to pay for more than what was absolutely necessary. Friendly, fair, and extremely personable. Chad and Stacey came out and serviced our HVAC unit today and I was very happy and impressed! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I had to share my experience. They are both very friendly and hands down the MOST knowledgeable HVAC contractors I've used in the area (I've used several in the area over the last 20 years and have a lot of experience working with HVAC and auto AC myself). They arrived right on time and had us charged up and running in quickly. Very fair and honest pricing too. Chad even shared a few tricks with me to better clean my package unit and help further extend it's life; as opposed to just trying to sell me a new unit as most other contractors have. Give these two a chance and I promise you'll be happy too. I won't be using anyone else in the future. Thanks so much you two!

Going forward we will utilize this company for all our HVAC needs. We contacted Chad and Stacey via phone leaving a vm. They responded within 5 min. Before they came out, they gave us several suggestions on what we could try to solve our issue. Most companies would have came out, charging a service call no matter the issue. Chad and Stacey came the same day with the part needed just as stated. In no time our 3 yr old unit was up and running. These two are prime examples of what integrity and honesty look like. Chad and Stacey the owners of Captain Comfort are a very professional, friendly, hard working couple... they worked long hard hours to complete the job...when they arrived, our comfort was their main concern but when they left and the job was done it’s like we all were life long friends!! We are very blessed to have found them and now blessed to call them Our Friends! A 5 Star rating isn’t high enough for this company! We highly recommend them!! We had just moved into our house 3 days before we were going to be faced with 3 degree lows and of course our heater went out. Captain Comfort was highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint! Stacey first tried to troubleshoot the system with me over the phone incase it was a quick simple repair that I could do myself (it was not). Chad then came out the same day and found my system was low on refrigerant because of a pinhole leak in one of my lines. He repaired that, got the system charged up and got us heat. He then proceeded to check my upstairs just to make sure that one was not going to have any issues during the cold snap. He found the coil was extremely dirty and cleaned it right then and there. Chad and Stacey both went well above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! They will be our go to HVAC company from now on and we will be highly recommending them to our friends and family just as they were highly recommend to us!!

Long story short, my husband and I called upon Chad and Stacey when our outside unit was acting up. We had been told our unit needed replaced, but Chad was insistent he could fix the issue and explained we may be given the wrong information by others. On Sunday, Chad came to our home, replaced a part on our unit and did a full overhaul on our system. The past couple of days, our unit has ran better than ever. If it weren't for Captain Comfort Heating and Air, my husband and I would have spent thousands of dollars to a dishonest company. We are forever grateful and can't recommend this company enough. Not only did we discover an honest, caring company, but we have made friends. Just a side note, Chad wouldn't even take payment at the time of service because he wanted to make sure his repairs worked. If this doesn't explain the kind of integrity this company has, nothing will. We are your biggest fans!

Stacey and Chad were absolutely wonderful. Quick response, very personable, and detailed. This was my first hvac issue in TN, as we are fairly new to the area, and I would recommend them to everyone! They are certainly my go to folks for any hvac issues I have arise in the future!

We met Chad through a previous company and house we owned. We had a full unit install on our old home and were just so impressed with his demeanor and how thorough and informative he was, compared to other HVAC companies we had used. When we found out that Chad had started his own business, we knew we had to give him a call. Our unit went out during a 90 degree weather week. We thought it could be repaired instead of needing replaced and Chad did everything he could do to try to save us money. Turns out the unit was bad after all, but the time and effort spent trying to make everything right is just unheard of these days. Captain Comfort has earned our business for life. I called them Wednesday night and she text me back a few minutes later to ask me how can they help. I told her that my AC is not putting out much cold air. She told me I'll have Chad to stop by tomorrow to take a look at it. She text me the next morning and told me we'll let you know when he's heading your way. I got off work early to go home and he never showed up and didn't bother to call.
