I don't what I'd do without this company! Chad came out on Father's Day after working all day for other customers to fix my air conditioning during the Awful heatwave. No other company to my mind would work the extra hours after 5 pm! Chad improvised by finding the water vacuum in the basement to clean out the unit and restored the freon that it needed. Very fair fee as well. Chad and Stacey are life savers! with big hearts! Highly recommend Captain Comfort! 💯!

What a great team they are. They installed my new dual fuel range. Until it’s perfect they don’t stop. Helpful in answering questions that I had as well. Trustworthy and competent, a hard combination to find these days.

Our AC was 20 years old and needed replacing. We were so happy with Captain Comfort's attention to detail, honesty, reliability and experience. We had HVAC quotes last year but neither company had even mentioned Frigidaire, we are thrilled with the warranty we got. There were issues along the way, because our house is old and out of code, CC fixed everything. WONDERFUL people!!

I can’t say enough good things about Captain Comfort! They have gone out of their way to make sure our unit is taken care of and my family is safe. During the winter Chad came out and worked into the early morning hours (in freezing temperatures) to get our heat running again before a big storm. And then just a couple of weeks ago our fan motor went out and once again Chad was there working until late to make sure we had air before this heatwave hit. This business and their family are truly amazing and I’m so thankful I found them!

We have used for them years and never have had a bad experience. Chad always takes the time to educate us on the issue and Stacy is always so communicative. A great team and a great company.

I absolutely cannot praise Stacey and Chad and Captain Air enough. I called from Colorado because my parents were having heat issues in Seymour. They came out the same day and were on top of it 100%. My Mother had a Doctor's appointment that day and Stacey even warned her of possible traffic issues because of a funeral. Captain Air is the reason I always support small businesses. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Absolutely an amazing company. We will call them again if we ever need HVAC work. Thank you for everything. Absolute real deal here. Real quick response time after reaching out to them when my outside unit decided to stop working properly right before a cold front. Chad came out and was very thorough when diagnosing the issue. He corrected it in no time and now, it's working better than before. With his repair, my unit will run more efficient and cost me less on my energy bill. I have already starting giving his contact information to anyone I know that may need an HVAC expert in the future.

I had an emergency HVAC problem with the cold weather and they came out the same day and fixed it. Animals had chewed through the thermostat wiring. Very professional. I will definitely use them again!

A person at the counter was rude when asked a question. As a ER nurse for almost 30 years, I have always tried to answer questions when asked. I asked one and was told that’s why you pay someone $300 to answer that. It was over a transformer just purchased there and was not showing proper voltage before install.

I’m a local HVAC contractor and have been using Win Supply for some time now. Everyone there has always been very helpful for many of my installations, they’re more than just a supply house because they actually care about the people. Yesterday my sons got to experience their first Tennessee/LSU baseball game thanks to Logan.
