Ambient was a great choice for us! The quote was reasonable, there weren't any surprise charges, they picked up some additional jobs I asked about last minute, and the subcontractor was very respectful, professional, and timely. This is a solid company that will help you with seemingly anything. Very pleased!

My air started acting up and had a hard time keeping up on a hot day. They immediately text me after calling them and suggested I change the air filter before they come out. A few hours later, my air was back to normal. This was not my first time using them. Any business that tries saving me money will always have me as a customer.

The sweetest people!! They came and helped us last minute on Christmas eve!! Not many companies would do that. They came many times to make sure everything was working properly. I HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone no matter what your needs are!!!

It often seems to be a challenge to find an A/C company that will treat you fairly. I did have one that I used for about 20 years. He retired. Fortunately, I found Captain Comfort. They respond quickly, diagnose the problem, fix it, and charge a fair price. They are professional and honest. What more could you want?

Captain Comfort is an honest, family owned local business that shames the big corporate businesses, namely Hiller! Thier professionalism, customer service, competitive estimates and dedication to safety is amazing. Chad and Stacey are a dynamic duo. They came to install a gas line at 1pm and left after 9pm. Chad actually researched and downloaded the manual for my gas oven line install. He was prepared! Installing the gas line was supposed to be the job but it turned into a fixing Hillers shoddy, sloppy hvac install. Chad discovered duct work unattached revealing that I have been heating and cooling my crawl space since July of last year. He also repaired the pvc drainage to my hvac to industry standard and replaced the screws and fittings as well. The pvc that Hiller installed created an air flow with stagnant water which caused a dirty dank smell that I could not identify or manage. It's been driving us crazy. Stacey cut out the excess duct work that should not have been there. That excess duct became a stinky varmint nest, also creatinga smell. Not a pleasant job in a constricting crawl space but she got it out. Caption Comfort should be only company you consider for your house!

Awesome service. First night in new home and new to the area but no heat. Captain Comfort was very accommodating and extremely helpful in solving our issue quickly. Recommend highly. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Captain Comfort was very professional but yet very personable. They (husband/wife team) corrected a couple issues and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and we were happy. FYI, they are both veterans and also give a discount for veterans.

We have used this business on two separate occasions; once when the furnace gave out in the middle of winter, once when the old ac unit wasn’t cooling as well as it used to. Both times they were prompt and professional and took a perfectionist approach to the job. When we decide to upgrade our second unit, they will be my first and only call because I know it will be done right. Highly recommend!

Always skeptical about quality businesses... except when it comes to heating and air. Since 2019, I've only called Stacey at Captain Comfort. Extremely helpful, kind, punctual and compassionate. I won't recommend to use anyone else's services.

I have always had a strong work ethic, was brought up that way. That is until recently, when I called Captain Comfort. My HVAC unit was on its last leg and I did'nt know what to do. At first, Chad cleaned and serviced it trying to save me the expense of a new unit. His idea not mine.Well he got that old unit running through another summer and winter season. I was able to save enough funds through the extra year Chad bought us. In 2017 Captain Comfort set me up with a top of the line unit and installed it for me. Captain Comfort has gone above and beyond. and as far as my strong work ethic, it just got blown out of the water with the service, kindness, reliability, accountability, responsibility, that I received from Captain Comfort, these qualities are hard to find now days. So if you want a comfortable home I recommend Captain Comfort for your Peace of Mind.

Our air conditioning stopped working. I called Captain comfort and they were here the next day as soon as they could get here.
