Highly, highly recommend!!! I called on a Saturday at 11am for one of our cabins we rent out. Our ac had stopped cooling and we had guests checking in that same day at 4pm. They sent someone out immediately and had us back up and running by 2pm!! They were so nice and helpful. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

I called ambient services at noon to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped after calling around they seamed like the best option and extremely friendly they asked when I was available and I said all day they were here at 1:10 and when done I walked out had the cover back on and recovered the lid with dirt at no extra price. I highly recommend 10/10

Jason arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose our electrical problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Ambient Services for other services and have always been pleased.

Joe and Josh came out and pump my septic tank they did a really good job and was very professional!!

Joe and Richard went above and beyond for me and my family. They were very respectful and knowledgeable with what they were talking about. They went out of there way to make sure i had a clear understanding of what they were doing and why.. they explained the problem exactly and how to prevent it. We were having some UPSTAIRS kitchen drain issues. The first place we could get to come out was a local place called Ambient Plumbing. WHAT A JOKE!?! Nothing else in our house was having issues upstairs or DOWNSTAIRS and they tried to claim we needed our septic pumped and we’re trying to charge us over $1000. $$$$1000 for pumping!!!! COMMON SENSE SAYS THAT DOWNSTAIRS WILL BE THE FIRST THING AFFECTED. I highly do not suggest ever using them.

Mark and Jason came to fix the leak in my cabin. They quickly fixed the problem with the shower, the septic system and were super efficient. Jason was polite, quick and did a great job. Jessica and Mark and Jason were excellent with customer service. I strongly recommend them!

My family and I stayed at a local Airbnb that had a back up in our septic tank. Jason come out here in a timely manor and explained the process on everything. He was very pleasant and professional. Thanks again!!

Joe came to my I Aunt house in Punto sewer on a Sunday when it was backing up in the basement. The company did an awesome job. It would highly recommend them to others thank you to their driver Joe.

Great service from everyone involved! Sarah in the office was extremely helpful and got us scheduled incredibly quickly. Joe and Richard were both friendly and very professional; they located the tank--even had to pull a trailer out of the way to find it--took care of business quickly, gave sound maintenance advice, and when they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been here. Services were also very cost-efficient. I would definitely recommend Ambient Services Plus for your septic needs!

We started having problems with our septic on Friday. We called a company first thing Saturday morning and was told they don’t work on Saturdays. They did however come out on Monday but could not find our septic. We called Ambient services Tuesday afternoon and they came right out to assess where our septic was located. They were back out Wednesday and did not quit until they found it and worked on everything and had it pumped out and was finished by 2 o’clock that day.it was a difficult task because no one, not even the courthouse knew where it was located. Thank you, Joe, Richard, and Jason for doing such a fine job. We really appreciate you fellas and your company.

New to the world of septic maintenance and having Joe and Hunter was extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions. Service was as quick as possible. They installed a missing riser, even making a second unscheduled trip to my home to complete the work. Highly recommend these guys!

I contacted Ambient early on Tuesday morning for a septic pumping, Joe and Richard made it out to the property by early in the afternoon. They were extremely respectful and polite.

I did not know the location of my tank as we purchased the home in 2023 and have yet to get the tank pumped. I explained the plumbing layout of the house and Richard probed the ground finding the tank on the first try! They did an amazing job and gave me recommendations on how to address my tank lid.

I have been using Ambient for our cabins for the past two years. They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to get the job done. I appreciate it. We had Jason and he was absolutely such a kind and friendly guy. He got our air fixed in our airbnb super swiftly after it being set on 85° all day in just a few minutes. It didn’t take long at all! So so thankful, would definitely recommend Jason to anyone in need!

My tenant called me at 5pm on a Saturday to say the AC wasn’t cooling at all. My usual company wasn’t available, so I called Ambient HVAC. Lisa answered right away, was as nice as can be, and assured me a tech would be out within 1.5 hours. Sure enough, before 8pm the unit was up and running again. Lisa even personally called to update me once everything was fixed. Outstanding service, especially on a weekend—highly recommend!

Joe and Richard did an excellent job taking care of of a very different septic system issue, which involved several steps including a search for our septic tank located about 200 feet from our cabin. I have used Ambient Services for three or four years now for all my plumbing needs and can highly recommend them. The great service starts with Jessica in the office and with Mark the service manager.
