We called Chimney Titans when we couldn't get to our gas fireplace to start up at a house we had just purchased. They do amazing work. They fixed our problem and then went through the system to make sure everything was in order. The later part put us much more at ease, especially with it being a new house for us. Very professional. He answered our calls promptly and was on time to the appointment. Should I ever have trouble with the fireplace again, this will be the first place I call.

During a recent hard rain, I found my chimney was leaking water into my fireplace. I called Chimney Titans and they were very responsive and quickly came out to inspect my chimney. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me pictures he took of my problems on my chimney. He was able to temporarily stop the water from entering my chimney while he ordered a chase cover and cap. He had everything back and installed within two weeks of the inspection. Chimney Titans had excellent communication with me, on time, and professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We found Chimney Titans through a friend who had a great experience with them after we had a poor experience with another company. We had the Titans out to see if our fireplace was safe as the home was new to us, and it was previously used with gas and was now converted back to wood burning by yet another company who only does gas. They were timely in responding back to our request for an appointment and communicated with us perfectly beginning to end. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and honest - a rare find in the world we live in today. We wished we had found the Titans from the beginning, but thankfully we eventually did. Will most definitely use them in the future.

Josh was very pleasant , professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of valuable information about our new firebox and chimney to help maintain the safety of our home. He also confirmed our appointment the day before and was on time. We will definitely go through him for future needs. We highly recommend him!

I am new to owning/using a wood burning fireplace. I called Chimney Titans out to inspect and clean my chimney. They were on time, friendly, and most importantly, completely honest. I was told that my fireplace was in great shape and there was currently no need to clean my chimney...and was told to "save my money" this year. Wow! Fantastic...and I WILL be calling them next year when my fireplace does need cleaned. Highly recommend!!

Josh is very impressive! He did an excellent job repairing our chimney where water was coming through and he also installed new chimney caps.
He was very polite, professional, punctual and gave us a very reasonable price for all he did.

We needed our yearly Chimney inspection, so we called Josh at Chimney Titans. Unfortunately, our Chimney didn't pass inspection. We then talked about getting a fireplace insert. Josh showed us some models he had installed in other homes. We decided on one we liked and Josh gave us a good price we were comfortable with. When the insert came in, he delivered and installed it. A VERY professional job. He had it installed in about 3 hrs. A nice clean job. We are very pleased with Chimney Titans. If you need your Chimney cleaned or inspected etc. give Chimney Titans a call.

I bought a brand new heating unit from al 7 yrs ago. .the sales rep explained tthe different types of machines and waranty. So I bought the machine that was recommend by him. .we only had the machine for 4 month when the problems started. .we've had to call al 2 times per year to get the machine worked on. .and it's never run..properly. .their staff doesn't show up when they set appointments. .they often have to make calls to other because they weren't familiar with the product they sold me. .this company has charge me thousands of dollars in the past few years and have never fixed the machine they sold me and tried to fix numerous times. .now they won't even return a phone call. .do not do business with this fraudulent company. .
